I went through the Drive up window with my husband at 4:10pm on 7/22. I come here a lot for my j's and cartridges and the people here have always been friendly and very informational and I've always love the experience here which is why I go in the first place. But when I came yesterday with my husband I was so disrespect by the guy at the first window that I will probably never go back. He refused to give me his name because I was in the front passenger seat so I can't complain on him. He checked my ID and informed us that only the driver can make the order which was no problem I was aware of that. all I did was ask what flavor cartridges they carry at the moment and he yelled at me and told me I wasn't allowed to talk to him or my husband in my own car while at the drive through window unless I wanted my service revoked there. I was like ok man I get u have regulations on only taking payment from the driver but then why are u checking my ID and then not allowed to speak to me and answer questions so I can go back and do my own order makes no since and why is he yelling at my that I'm not allowed to speak in my own car I wasn't being abrasive or irate all I did was show him my ID and he said the drive can only order and call the shots. OK cook man ur website isn't loading can u tell me what flavors u all have in bonanza flavors and then I'm getting yelled at from this dude to not talk which any other time I came through the Drive up my husband ask a question everyone politely answers and reminds us only the drive can order cool no problem so why didn't I get the same Curtisy because I'm a female? Or was power getting to his head. I wish I would have gotten a name but he refused since I wasn't the driver and my husband didn't want to make this guy any meaner then what he was being. But all I have is 7/22 and we ordered at 4:13pm at the first window with that angry guy I really don't know what his problem was and why it's inconvenient for me being there and why I was treated like scum. I will return when everyone there is on the same page of how to treat a human being and what common manners are especially when the customer isn't even being difficult or mean or anything in the first place to create an employee to act that way and if someone is that angry on a regular they shouldn't be the face of ur customer service in the first place. Read moreWhile they claim to accept debit cards more times than not their system declines them or isnt working. I was recently here, (1/26/2024 @325pm made a $37.15 purchase. Natures told me my card was declined though i could CLEARLY see the money was no longer in my account! So i pulled into their parking lot and called my bank who informed me yes, you made a purchase, yes it cleared your account and yes they received your money. So WITH MY BANK ON THE PHONE went inside asked for a manager (who didn't give me her name (a heavier, VERY rude, un & non professional, blond lady came up to me and said we don't have your money, your card was declined. I put my bank on speaker phone and they told her, no it wasn't, her payment instantly cleared and went through and you do in fact have her money. Ahe proceeded to tell THE BANK they were wrong and they didn't and in 24 hrs THEY would clearly see they (again THE BANK) was wrong and it didn't go through. So the bank and I both just to prove her wrong waited for her stupid 24 hours and guess what? IT STILL SHOWED AND CONTINUES TO SHOW PROCESSED, COMPLETED, AND RECEIVED BY THEM AND THEIR PAYMENT COMPANY REGALA!! So the bank entered my dispute to Get MY MONEY BACK AND STILL FIGHTING THEM! They refuse to return MY MONEY but also continue to claim they never received it and my card was declined! I called 24 hours after the bank and I were both told if in 24 hours it still shows cleared and completed they were and would be more than happy to provide me with what I had purchased making it right. I spoke to the store manager who said hed look into it and call me back. I missed his call because I was working and received a voicemail and visual voicemail from him stating that they don't show anything about having my money there's nothing he can or will do about it and I need to dispute it with my bank! I am and fully intend to continue to fight this as long and as high up as i need to and can even if it requires me spending 100 times the amount of my measly $37.15 purchase. You don't treat or talk to/down to your loyal or even 1 time customers the way this business, the blond lady and the store...
Read moreI've been coming here for a long time and have never had any issues until 2/13/24 @ 9:54 pm. I was a passenger in the drive through, my husband was the driver and the employee was a dude with long braids/dreads, named Ashlynn? We've never dealt with this dude before and were completely caught off guard when he yelled at us to stop talking. Surprised, my husband questioned why he couldn't talk to me - nobody has ever said anything about us talking before and I've never heard it was against the law to do so as the employee aggressively and rudely informed us it was. This dude was on one. There was absolutely no reason to talk to ANYONE like he did us, nor was there any reason for him to be this upset over something that isn't common knowledge. So as I'm looking at my husband in disbelief, he yells at us again to stop talking, he's already told us 3 times (he has not, if he can't count to 2, can he really weigh product or count $ correctly?) At this point, I tell him that we weren't talking just now, he hasn't told us anything 3 times and ask what his problem is, we've never been told that so we didn't know. This caused him to become even more angry and obnoxious and now it's clear he is intentionally escalating the situation and has forgotten why he is there and what he should be doing because now he is refusing service to us. Um, what? We've been here too many times to count, have a good rapport with everyone else that works there and this dude immediately wants to be disrespectful and rude as hell with no consideration to this business or the customers he now lost. (I'll be back to use my nearly $200. in store credit I've accumulated, bya) He needs to be fired. He needs anger management. He doesn't deserve to represent or be a part of this Industry, he has no chill. And even less customer service skills.
And if talking in the drive through is illegal, make people aware of it by posting a sign...
