Customer Service was HORRIBLE! My husband and I were not even acknowledged or asked if we needed help. The store only had 1 other customer at the time. There were 4 employees behind the counter one of them started to ring us up, after we waited for a while. She approached us after my husband made a comment about them ignoring us. Once she saw he was paying cash, she said she could not ring up cash transactions. Finally, after a brief wait, another employee started ringing us up, he did not say hello, or did you find everything okay, he said absolutely nothing to us. I honestly believe it was because we are black. If that's not the case, that's the way they made us feel. I told my husband, I would not have spent my money in there. Never again will we go back to that store! I've never been in an O'Reilly store before, so I'm not sure if this is how they normally treat...
Read moreOk went to get some break light bulbs (and silicone) and Darryl installed them for me, he also showed me a crack in the housing that was allowing water in and showed me the old bulbs had not just blown they had chunks of glass missing and explained that it's from water getting on them, he put silicone on the crack and around the housing to keep water from getting in and put everything back together.
