Do not be fooled by the images on the menu. Can describe this place at best mediocre. Despite high praise and review, me and my family (Asian) thought it was ok. We ordered a tonkotsu, butaton and spicy miso ramen ($10-11 a bowl). Tonkotsu ramen's broth was good at first, but became dull and unflavorful later and felt more creamy and watery than rich and dense. Spicy Miso ramen's broth had a weird spicy node to it and tasted unnatural and overall had a bitter aftertaste. Butaton ramen's broth tasted the most "normal" of the 3 and was consistent throughout the whole meal, but still did not taste near as good as other ramen broths. The only redeeming feature was the 3 pieces of pork that were included.
I don't know if they just had a bad day today, or if me and my family had bad taste buds that day, but food did not taste right. Overall decent, but lacks authenticity and the flavor of it. Would recommend tourists and locals to try at least once for context and to judge whether my review is...

The location itself does seem to have limited seating, but luckily there was plenty of seating available on a Monday night. Since we were ready, our waitress took our order almost immediately. Our gyoza appetizer came out 5 minutes later and the food was out less than 5 minutes after.
Food came in large portions. My tonkotsu ramen had a very rich pork broth to it. The pork itself was extremely tender and moist. Definitely add some corn to your ramen for a $1 more. I also added 2 dumplings to my ramen for $2. Pricing is very similar to other ramen locations, about $10-$13 per bowl. Luckily, most bowls already come with an egg, so no need to order them as extras. If you prefer your ramen on the spicer side, they bring out chili oil to your table.
Their iced milk tea is delicious! If you did not finish your tea or would like one to go, they can put your tea in a sealed cup.

Read moreDang, this place.. our shoes made musical sounds...no wait that was the ULTIMATE stickiness if the floors. I asked later if the floor was always like this, they said the shower Soda machine was broken, but they couldn't clean the floors cuz it was be too slick & didn't want the customers to fall....ummm restaurants clean their floors then put up "WET FLOOR" sandwich board signs. This place is so ridiculous. I asked for my main entree to be the takoyaki, & the party who took my order looked at me & said excuse me? With a perplexed face just because she didn't understand when I said "for it to be my main" (as in main entree) I swear these 20 don't have ANY common sense & don't know how to work efficiently. This worlds going to hell the way they gonna run it when it's their time too. Would I go there again? No, Was the food good?....
