I use to shop on a regular basis at the Jun's Electronics store in Culver City but after that store I closed I migrated to using their online store at HamCity.com for my orders. After just now having to pay an extra $15 today to have a UPS shipment re-routed to the correct address I will no longer be ordering from Ham City. While their employees are pleasant to deal with, I have found their phone and online systems to be inadequate and often frustrating to use. The above mis-shipment is associated with their system not being able to accommodate different addresses for billing and shipping on the same order. While the system lets the user input different addresses it then arbitrarily changes addresses without confirming first with the shopper, not good.
