Giving KC Jewelry a one star review, let me explain…. In 2021 I purchased some really expensive twist earrings with my initial in them, the largest size they had. I hardly wore my earrings as I have many gold earrings, a few weeks ago I took them out my jewelry box and noticed two cracks in the inner part of the twist . I wasn’t too worried about it because I assumed they could just fix it. I stopped by today because it was my off day, first they told me they couldn’t fix it and it was best to take it back where I purchased them. Funny because I brought them there, so when I mentioned “this is where I purchased them” they had a blank look on their faces. So after the Hispanic lady talks to the I’m assuming to be the owner she says now she can fix it , but I would be able to tell where she repaired it and that it would cost me 50$ in cash and would take an hour . That would have been fine but it was the lack of concern and the nonchalance that I did not appreciate , no eye contact and no direct communication nothing. And they tried to downplay my concerns. Your experience may not be the same as mine but poor customer service speaks volumes for me. I will never ever give KC Jewelry my business. I have been coming to KC Jewelry for a while now getting different pieces. I finally purchased the Rolex earrings I been wanting for 1000 dollars and they are bending and broke within a couple weeks. I have not been able to enjoy them. I have taken them back multiple times to get them replaced and they want replace them.
