Five Below — Local services in Garfield Township

I love coming to this store, just unsure when the cashier/associates started helping customers at the SELF checkout? Walked in today for 1 item and couldn’t even checkout by myself and had the associate taking my singular item and putting it in a bag which I didn’t need and pressing all of the buttons for me including the store rating she swiftly clicked the highest rating (9) for herself. Although I do understand they have a job to do and I appreciate them for it, I suppose next time I will be a little more vocal regarding my independence while checking out in the “self checkout” station. I thought 5 below was an early 2000’s boy band. But I was wrong. It’s a wonderland for cheap toys. Pretty amazing honestly. The reason for the average grade is this. As I was perusing the aisles of this store I found a remote control llama. Yes, a remote control Llama! What a time to be alive i thought! I hurried home to unveil my new toy. Installed the fresh AAA batteries only to find it would not work. Disappointed and alone I made a pot of beef ramen noodles and ate my feelings. Thanks 5 below. 5 and below is our families go to place we all love it! But whats starting to get aggravating is the fact that places like 5 and below, dollar tree etc are being misleading because 5 and below in fact have things that are OVER $5 like dollar tree now are selling things OVER $1 I just personally believe names of these kinds of stores should be accurate to what they are selling but overall aside from all that 5 and below is my kids go to when we have our family outings, it's a place the whole family can find something but ummmm it's often items over $5.....
