Old Navy Outlet — Local services in Garfield Township

My husband and I went here on 8/14/22 to do some shopping for our son. I fell in love with the glow in the dark skeleton pjs, but, alas, I couldn't find the 12 month size. When I asked up at the cashier the young woman helping us couldn't find it on her computer, but the Assistant Manager (we can't remember her name) was working next to her and distinctly remembered seeing one in the toddler section and even though she wasn't the one initially helping us she ran to the back of the store and found our prize, the only one in the store! We were very grateful that our son gets to be super stylish for Halloween with his momma since I had also grabbed the woman's version. Very great...

Great selection. However, I gave a 1 star rate because the  cashier  who worked lmat reg 001 on 5/11/19 at 1:30 PM was not friendly and very grumpy. I made two separate purchase valuing over $25 which qualify for the old navy cash voucher. I noticed she did gave me any when I asked her, her response  was "no your purchases was not on one receipt" the manner in which she answered  was so rude. I just walked out. I wasn't upset at the fact that she didn't gave me the voucher it was the attitude  she gave me. The other cashier that cashed my first  items was very courteous...

To the young lady who got snotty with me Saturday about my lack of a face covering: I do understand the importance of wearing one, but as I told you...I cannot. I am the reason YOU and everyone who can wear one, should. While I understand you have a job to do and part of that is ensuring customers are following the rules, you had no right to get an attitude with me after I explained to you that I cannot wear one for health reasons (which by the way, it is against the law to even ask about).
