7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Garfield Township

My husband and I went here for the first time last weekend and it was great! We liked it so much that I went back today and ordered exactly what we had last time. When the girl brought me the coffees which were ordered frozen with whip cream one had an extra shot in it and so she claimed that’s why that was wasn’t frozen. She said the extra shots melt them, and no whip cream on either. I expressed this isn’t what I ordered and she told me yes it was even when I told her I ordered these 3 days ago and wasn’t made the same today. She was argumentative and rude. The coffee that wasn’t frozen was terrible so we threw it away as it was about 5 shades far than the 2nd one. It cost me 19.00 for 2 coffees that weren’t made correctly and she wouldn’t fix them. Turns out Starbucks is a better option, at least I get what I paid for. Definitely wouldn’t recommend after my experience...

1 Star (would give 0 if possible) Absolutely terrible experience at this 6 Brew. The worker Anarial was incredibly rude and unprofessional from start to finish. She got our drink wrong and then made us pay for a new one, which makes absolutely no sense. Instead of speaking to us directly, she had another worker come tell us—clearly avoiding responsibility. On top of that, she was cussing at us, using words like “bullshit,” which is completely unacceptable from anyone representing a business. I’ve never experienced such disrespectful customer service anywhere. I will not be coming back to this location. Management seriously needs to address this behavior. As a mom of 3, my first world problem is treating myself to a coffee I don't have to make. The S Airport location is AMAZING. But the US31 location.....gosh the staff is great, kind, and bubbly but they need help with making drinks, maybe retraining? After ordering my usual multiple times, I noticed I was getting more and more milk even when I asked for extra shots of espresso. So after kindly bringing it up, even ordering 2 extra shots, my drink was yet again....milky. I honestly won't go here anymore because $7-$8 on flavored milk is not worth it. I'll make it at home or drive to S Airport location before coming here again.
