Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Garfield Township

We had a party of approx 20 to celebrate a kids soccer game. The delay and amount of incorrect orders became concerning so a parent alerted management to get some assistance. One childs burger was incorrect twice despite the parent ordering it. The manager Danielle came to our table, not letting us fully explain, immediately passive aggressive with us and condensending as we tried to explain all the concerns. She was rude telling the parent with the twice incorrect burger that the parent is wrong because she (manager) cooked the burger herself. We have had several team meals, understand longer waits, and occasional mishaps but this was absolutely chaos. We were there mid-afternoon, a non busy time. Only the bar area filling up so the dining area only had two other tables with customers. Darnell the server started out strong taking orders in an organized manner, but things began going poorly when he started bringing out the sodas 45 minutes later. Our team manager was even helping serve the drinks to ensure all the kids got what their parents ordered. Nearly, Two hours went by before I even got my food which I took to go because everyone was ready to leave. Very friendly location. I called to see if they had the November $1 Long Island iced teas and the manager said yes, thinking I meant the $5 deal. Long story short we had a miscommunication on the phone. We got there and I asked our waitress about the $1 deal, she said they didn’t have that deal only certain locations. I told her I spoke to someone on the phone, she ended up getting the manager for us so I could explain myself. I ended up speaking with the same manager I talked to and he was apologetic and very kind. He ended up giving us a free appetizer and it wasn’t the cheap one! It was the $13.99 one. I appreciated it very much. That right there was great service alone. They made sure we had our drinks filled and bellies full along with our son taken care of with coloring stuff and a high chair. At the end of our visit I ended up spilling my pop all over... a full glass and the waitress was so kind to help clean up, with towels and whatever else she could.

12/13/23- I walked in and Jesper was upfront and greeted me. He was nice and friendly. He gave me my choice of table. He offered to get my drink while my server came by. I don't get this service in my home town BWW. Brandon came by quick and dropped off the menu. He went over the deals and grabbed my drink. I placed my order and the kitchen has it going on because my food came out fast. I used my Birthday coupon for wings. Brandy came out with the wings and she too was friendly. She asked if I needed anything else. She made sure I had utensils and plenty of napkins. I was well taken care of. Brandon was busy but it didn't stop him from checking on me. Brandy also made sure I was fine. Then Jespar asked if I needed a refill. If these three could transfer to my town I would visit BWW a lot more. Great service here.
