I wish I could give no starts. I ordered with my child’s school October 14th, 2018, the only communication I received from Threads was my order confirmation email. I had to keep calling to find out when it was ready to be picked up. They were supposed to call or email me when it was ready, that never happened. Today (December 5, 2018) I was told it was ready for pick up on November 15th, 2018 which is kinda funny since I called from deer camp (Michigan’s rifle deer season opens on November 15th), asking if it was ready yet, it wasn’t. I remember this vividly because I had to leave deer camp to get a strong enough signal to hold onto a phone call (I could text and get emails) and I know I called after opening weekend! Everyone I spoke with on the phone were pleasant and helpful, until today! I’ve never been treated so poorly as a human let alone a customer! I waited almost two months to receive my order, everyone else at the school received their orders (actually the school has opened a second order and it closes TOMORROW 12-6-18) that’s how long I’ve been patiently waiting. Instead of an apology, for lack of communication on their end and taking so long to complete my order. I was met with a snarky attitude. Apparently she wanted to be right, which I don’t care, you can be right if you want. I don’t play the snarky girly games. I simply stated as nice as possible “I’m not impressed with your company”. At this point who would be?! I’m all about supporting our local businesses, after todays encounter I will never return to Threads. She was so rude! Also the quality of the T-Shirt is nothing fancy, I’ve had rougher/scratchier and I have much softer and cozier fabric, the size I ordered an adult medium and it looks like a youth large. It says 50% cotton and 50% polyester hopefully it won’t shrink! We shall see if it fits, when my child get home from school. The tiny little “tote” bag, that’s an epic fail! It’s the size of a large lunchbox. It shouldn’t be called a tote bag. You can’t tote anything in it, other than a normal size lunchbox. Lol. Over priced...
Read moreI’m so impressed with the team at Threads in Traverse City! I had an important show coming up and needed a variety of custom products—and Threads absolutely delivered. They handled screen printing, direct-to-film, embroidery and vinyl transfers on different items for me, and everything came out looking fantastic.
From the moment I walked into the shop, I felt welcomed. I got to meet the team and the owners, and every single person was helpful, friendly, and professional. I worked closely with Libby, who went above and beyond to make sure every detail was just right. I truly can’t thank her enough!
I’m excited to continue working with Threads—Thank you,...
Read moreUsed threads for my business shirts. Got many different t shirts, tank tops, long sleeve, sweatshirts in addition to some embroidered denim shirts. The communication and help pinpointing the right shirts was incredible and very smooth. Prices were fair, turnaround time was swift, staff was all very friendly, and of course the product was excellent. I love the shirts, they’re made out of high quality materials and look immaculate. Couldn’t recommend enough and will be using them in the future for...
