Extremely slow service. Barista took 20 minutes to make drink. One barista left, to assist in BAM, when there was a 5 order backup. Barista extremely inefficient, but that’s also a consequence of the design corporate created. I don’t understand why the barista has to put the milk back in the fridge, after every drink, when it’s clear other orders in the queue, need milk also. Barista complained thermometers weren’t functioning, and was judging drink temperature...

They gave me a plain latte without the alternative milk at an unbearable tempature. I ordered a latte with almond milk and cherry flavoring. It was too hot to hold even with a sleeve and by the time it cooled enough to taste i realized it was not the right drink. The workers seemed frazzled...

Had the millionaire cold brew, it was oatmilk or something with oats in. Had a reaction to it and got excruciating diarrhea, dizziness, vertigo, memory loss, and it was hard to breathe.

They should have an allergy warning point blank for everydrink. Now I'm suffering the consequences...
