Torrid — Local services in Garfield Township

I recently came in to the store to do several (complicated) returns and exchanges. The associates, especially Tammie, did a fantastic job making sure I received all of my appropriate discounts and made sure my exchange items were ordered correctly. Tammie and Amy did a great job and were very helpful when trying on clothes as well. They traded several sizes for me while I was in the fitting room, gave excellent feedback on what I was trying on, and were knowledgeable when it came to trying on intimates. I can’t say enough great things about this store and the associates- they absolutely rocked it!...

Friendly staff, clean, and very well stocked. It is wonderful to have a plus-size clothing store that has CUTE stuff that is consistent in size. AND THE SIZES ARE CONSISTENT. The only problem is pricing, it is a tad expensive. However, their clearance sales are awesome! I guess I also wish they had functional shoes: most of them are cute, but are easily destroyed. I have super wide feet, and their shoes fit perfectly but they don't have anything that I can do tough stuff outside with. Otherwise,...

The staff is always friendly, helpful, great clothes, decent selection. I wish they had more blue, aqua, turquoise options. I’m not a huge fan of floral and pink which they have a ton of. I like the workout leggings a lot. Love the T-shirts great fit for me but they are a bit too expensive in my opinion. This the 4 stars rather than 5. I feel they are priced too high especially for basic items...
