Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Garland

Y’all need to train your employees to handle situations better. We went through the drive thru Sunday June2 around 1-2am (I work night shifts) and after placing our order my 9 month old baby started projectile vomiting everywhere in her car seat. I jumped out of the car to help her and the young man on the drive thru speaker was telling us to pull forward. I told him to give me minute bc my baby was throwing up everywhere(obviously panicking through the sound in my voice on on the cameras), and instead of trying to help this situation he just continued to yell and have an attitude. I managed to get my baby to stop throwing up and out of her car seat and put her in my lap on passenger side, the guy and my boyfriend were still going back n forth at this point and the guy told us to calm down bc “he calmed down” . we pulled up around the corner and him and some little girl were pointing and laughing at us. I didn’t trust them with our food, and honestly would have done something I may or may not regret later, so I told my bf to just roll the window up and drive off so we could take care of our daughter. I went through the drive thru around 11:40pm and ordered two 3 taco meals and 3 egg rolls. All of our food was cold and not good. I tried calling the store but it just goes to a fax. I went in person the next day and tried talking to the manager Able. I explained to him how our food wasn't good and I didn't get a receipt. He said I needed to bring in something. I told him again that I wasn't given a receipt. He told me to go dig in my trash and bring him something! I couldn't believe how rude he was so I went home and dug in my trash and brought him what was left and showed him the food. He said I needed to bring all the food back! I told him why didn't he say that from the beginning instead of making me dig in the trash! He made it seem he just needed proof that we were there because he was too lazy to look up my order! He laughed in my face and shook his hand in my face telling me to go away! I have never in my life been treated this disrespectful and unprofessional. He didn't apologize for the bad service and had no professional customer service skills. I am outraged that someone as unprofessional and rude as him is a manager at this store! I went through the drive through, I ordered onion rings and a burger meal ,however the girl at the window forgot to give me my drink, so I had to go all the way back around and I tasted one onion ring it was soaked in grease, as you can see the bag soaked in grease I had ask her are the onion rings fresh and hot , she didn't say anything just standing inside and pulled her cell phone out , that's a negative as well ,she is handling my food ,those phones have germs ,and she put paper towels on top of my onions rings it's contaminated at that point. also the onion rings was redip in grease I couldn't eat them grease were soak through the bag. so I went on the inside to return my order and it were dirty, paper towels snd trash all over the floor as you can see. it was worst all over the area , and the tums were the the basket just not clean st all and I told the Spanish manager about how dirty it was.she never apologized for my experience just gave me back my money and walked away.
