My daughter and I along with my granddaughter decided to stop by Ross today to do some shopping... when checking out the LINE WAS SUPER LONG... They young man Tyrell was working the front counter alone... We saw 5 what I would call unhappy workers walk in, walk up to the counter and not a single person asked him if he needed help... 2 people in particular that I'm going to call out is Jazmine who rung my items up was RUDE to say the least... I had my hands full and was struggling a little so I proceeded to set my LONG train that I was buying down on the counter... she said, "You can put that over here" with a nasty tone... At that point I'm like NO ma'am I will not... I'm already frustrated because we were in line for over 15 mins and you wobble in there and think you gone be jazzy?? Not today! Chase... I just think he's LAZY and simply don't like his job if he got to put in work... When I asked him was he going to get the young gentleman help his reply was, "yeah, after I finish helping these other customers".. after 6 mins he finally came to the register... Another guy who works at Ross was in line with all of us... As soon as Chase got to the register the guy got out the line.. went to Chase and had Chase ring his things up CUTTING EVERYONE ELSE IN LINE... SIRRRR This isn't how this should work... I went up to Chase and asked him for the Tyrell and Jazmine name, because I had a compliment and complaint at the same time.. this kid told me, "You can ask them"... Now I feel disrespected since I know I'm old enough to not only be his mama but maybe his grandma!! Just disrespectful... I walked back to the counter where Jazmine was and asked for her name... She then called for a manager while trying to cover up her name tag!! Tyrell is a standup kind of young man... Not one time did anyone in the line hear him complain... Everyone in the line was concerned and was asking him, "why was he was alone and had no help"... This young man kept a smile on his face and kept on working!! So a 10 out of 10 for Tyrell all STARS FROM ME... But them other 2... They need to be fired!! I can only imagine how they've treated other people who didn't report them... But me... Imma let the world know!! I am disappointed that Tyrell was all by himself on this busy Monday evening... it was...
Read moreWell I was at this location a few nights ago trying to prepare for a funeral the next day.So I really didn't wanna give this place a star but I had to for a review but as I'm walking in the store with my stepdaughter and granddaughter trying to find something for my other kids and my young sister that just so happens to wear a size 11w in shoes so as I'm looking for the biggest size shoes someone is on the intercom saying some code so I didn't pay it any mind I had a task to do before the next day. Now I see that they didn't have what I needed so I'm talking to my stepdaughter about what I needed now I see this guy wearing a purse and acting like he's interested in the pillows as I noticed we works there he trying to see what I'm doing but trying to be sneaky about so I telling him since you fluffing pillows you should pick up the shoes off the floor he goes to tell me he doesn't touch the merchandise but I couldn't tell . While he is trying to figure out what I'm doing all he had to do is ask if I needed help but basically they thought I was shoplifting. I never felt so uncomfortable in my life I work to jobs with three kids and a wife what the hell I look like shoplifting. I think they need to come up with another strategy to see if anyone is shoplifting Due to the fact all he can say is he is just looking out for everyone safety. But how is that when you playing it off like your looking at pillows. The next person might not be as nice as I was. I have too much to lose out here and losing my freedom and not being able to see my kids, husband, and make my money isn't on my agenda. I would never shop here anymore even though this location was covenant I'd had better in Morrisville and North hills and eveywhere else. I work to hard and pay taxes as well and look at like criminal. You have...
Read moreI purchased some clothes here for my daughter for school. When I got home there was blood all over them. We checked ourselves and none of us were bleeding. They didn't have blood on them before or I wouldn't have bought them. So I know the man at the register had pricked himself while taking off tags and didn't bother to say anything. I call up there because it was a really inconvenience to have to put gloves on and scrub my daughters new clothes. It's also a bio hazard. If he had any blood born illnesses, my health would be at stake. Not only that but if I wasn't one to wash clothes before hand then my daughter could get something. The lady on the phone proceeds to tell me that when they take the tags off, sometimes red ink gets on them. YALL DONT USE RED INK TAGS. I'm not ignorant. I told her I know what it looks like when you put peroxide on blood. I'm a female... and if it were ink it wouldn't have come out with peroxide and scrubbing. She then told me that there's nothing they could do over the phone. She said I had to bring all the clothes back. All of my daughters clothes for school I had to bring back? The ones I just spent an hour scrubbing? That's wild. Theres nothing they can do for the inconvenience and disgusting health risk I had to deal with. If I could rate 0 stars I would. I will forever tell my story to anyone that shops at ross. I will tell anyone and everyone that they dont care about the customers health or well being. Absolutely...
