If we weren't told it would be a 20 minute wait and had to wait an hour plus it wouldn't have been so bad. It also wouldn't have been so bad if the server wouldn't have been so rude to us and said "well, no-one held a gun to your head so you didn't have to stay". Well we get our drinks and Luke warm food a little bit later and I guess the girls feelings were hurt because my boyfriend had asked for a discount on the sour cream for our nachos to which she replied "you wouldn't like what our discounted sour cream tastes like". Ever seen the movie waiting? Uncomfortable at this point. My boyfriend asked her what she said because he didn't hear her and her response changed to "I said you wouldn't like it because it's a cheaper brand" whatever that means. Well after we get our again, luke warm/cold nachos the manager (Rick) comes out, slaps the check on the table and tells us to pay and leave because WE were rude. He wouldn't even listen to my boyfriend and told us to pay and then we could talk outside. Real classy. When we told him what his waitress had said, he said none of his employees would ever say that. So, now we're liars too. Now, I've been a server before and I've worked at way better restaurants with way better food and service, and I can tell you that at least something would've been comped. Which in his petty defense he did give us a $10 comp. I also understand places get busy and there's a chance you might have to wait, but the fact that he walked up to the table, didn't address the fact that we had waited an hour, that his waitress was rude and said some not to tasteful things for working in a place where food is sold, only to defend her and tell us to pay and leave is poor service. I do not and neither does my boyfriend apologize for any "disrespect" that didn't show up until we were screwed over multiple times. Rick is a poor excuse of a manager and could've and should've handled it better when we had brought the issue to their attention the first time, which was when we asked about when were going to be seated an hour later. Don't come back, Rick? Don't worry, we didn't need you to tell us to not come back. We weren't. I've gotten the word out to many friends and family as well as to not go back or even show up to begin with. No-one was ever rude at our table, if anything we were trying to make the situation a little lighter, but when macho man Rick came out flexing and asking us to leave is when the atmosphere changed. Also, if you all weren't in the wrong, why was the meal comped at the end? Thank you for the horrible service and for making that one more place for me to not spend my hard...
Read moreToday was our first time at Buffalo Brothers and it will be the last. I ordered a BBQ Chicken Pizza and said I did not want bacon on the pizza. Bailey the server said no problem I can put it on the side if you like. I said yes because my husband would eat it. We get the pizza it looks great didn't see any bacon. I asked Bailey for the side of bacon for my husband. Started eating and realized that there was bacon on the pizza. Bailey bring the side of bacon and I tell her the pizza has bacon on it she is smiling at me so I say, I do not eat pork and my husband elaborates. She apologizes and I tell her she can take the pizza and take it off they bill and since my husband is almost done eating I don't want anything else. I wasn't mad although I could have been and I didn't ask to speak to a manager and one did not come by anyway.
I asked for the check and didn't even realize they charged me for a side of bacon until I get home. Mind you I still tipped her as if my meal was included so this really irritated me. I call and spoke to a manger who was just rude and tells me there is nothing he can do. If he would have let me finish he would have realized that I was simply pointing out being charged for bacon that already came on the pizza. He then tells me that Bailey said I didn't say no bacon or that she didn't hear me ( which is a lie because she is the one who said she could put it on the side) and that he took the pizza off and because I didn't want anything else it was nothing he could do. Again he was still missing the point. It's the principal of the matter.
I felt like the server lied and the manager or whoever he was, was just rude. I did return to Buffalo Brothers and removed the tip I gave Bailey because of her lying. She wanted to argue with me but I simply marked out the tip and walked out. And what makes it worst if that the food runner came up there along with several others stood there and watched. One good note is my husband enjoyed his burger so it wasn't all bad but those interactions outweigh his...
Read moreThe waitress was super friendly, kind, attentive but busy. She left our bill on our table and we got confused thinking we should pay at the front so we packed up and walked to the front desk. With 4 guys standing behind the desk they just looked at us and said they couldn't help us and we needed to talk to our waitress. They then proceeded to continue standing there. We then walked to the bar to try to pay but was once again was told we needed to find out waitress and then just stood there. Obviously we are now wandering the restaurant trying to find our waitress (who is busy so she's not just standing in one place for us to find). While looking for our waitress we asked to speak to the manager. He came out quickly enough but apparently was too busy to hear what we were trying to say despite me asking to be allowed to finish my sentence AND then being told we JUST WANT TO BE HEARD. By this time our waitress had found us (so she stopped working to find us) but the manager is not listening. We tried to tell him the waitress was good and our only criticism would be that one of the employees we approached should have gone to find her for us instead of just standing there. The manager did offer to give us a gift certificate for our trouble but WE JUST WANTED TO BE HEARD! We love this restaurant and we weren't even mad until the manager tried to rush us through our concerns and then bold face called us liars when we told him the employees did not go find our waitress for us. He also seemed to only hear that it was all the waitress' fault but it wasn't! We got confused, that's all it was. We are very sad to think that she might get in trouble over this and truly, at this point, only have a complaint with the manager for how he handled...
