Our frequent visits have consistently been met with exceptional food and service, making each experience delightful. After having a slight issue with our initial order I contacted the company directly because we all know that people are too quick to write a negative review nowadays; the manager Israel texted me within 10 minutes asking me about my experience. After a brief discussion he invited me to come back and he would make it right. I wasn't able to go back until the following week but when I walked in, Israel greeting me and was more than generous in expressing his utmost apologies for the initial mistake. After talking with him it is really great to hear how involved Bul Box is in the community and how even though they are technically a chain restaurant, they still have that down home feel. The food, well the food is absolutely incredible. Their menu may look small but with the attention to detail and quality, plus the option to BYOB (Build Your Own Box), the possibility are endless and I can promise you that you will not be disappointed. Great food paired with amazing customer service! Bul box is one of the fewer healthy paleo & keto friendly places around the area which makes it a regular on my takeout rotation. Have always been satisfied with the food at this location but after having such a positive interaction with a member of staff felt I should write a review.

Today I messed up one of my online orders by forgetting to request sauce on the side for the second bowl. Checking the order and not seeing the sauce on the side I asked about it. Then noticed there was sauce on the bowl. Checking my email I saw that it was my mistake and not the stores, I had not requested sauce on the side. I apologized and asked if they could be able to make it again, as the person the bowl was for wouldn't eat it. No problem, they remade the bowl!

I could tell they really cared about double and triple checking the order was correct. Just wanted to say thanks to this member of staff for being awesome. Please give her a raise :)
