This location is absolutely pitiful. Tonight my wife placed a mobile order and we got to the location and got in the mobile order line. First off, if the mobile ordering is supposed to make the process smoother and faster then they may need to revisit this strategy. The line for ordering was moving quicker than the mobile line. After speaking with the attendant to confirm our order we proceed to pull around to get our food. We arrived at the “door” or “window” and the person there asked for the name and we told them. They handed us our drinks and when she looked back to get out food I heard another person say “we are waiting on fries”. The girl told me to pull up to VIP 2 and the food will be out soon. I moved up to VIP 2 and after the car behind me got their food I saw the attendant telling the next car to pull up. Mind you I am already in the last spot, VIP 2, so I decided I will move up to VIP 1 to allow for room for the car behind me. Now we are waiting and the car behind us gets their items and leaves and car after car after car leaves. I can see the attendants looking towards my vehicle but no one comes to bring me my food. Customers are still getting orders and leaving but not me. I understand not every order will have fries but when 10 to 15 customers that ordered after me leave, the probability of there being fries in one or more order increases. Now I have to get out of my car and walk up to ask for my food. The person asked my name and literally reached and grabbed my bag. So that tells me that my order was ready and no one thought to bring it to the vehicle that has been sitting in VIP 1 for close to 10 minutes. One girl proceeded to tell me they were really backed up. I don’t need excuses I just need to to do your job. I went through the drive thru for convenience and still had to get out of the vehicle. The sad thing is this is not the first time I’ve had to park and wait only to have to get out and go ask for my food. If they ask you to move up I highly recommend you do not move up and just wait at the window for your food. Clearly the VIP spots are there just so they can forget about you. Another indication that my food had been ready for a while before me having to ask for it was the bag was soaked in condensation. The person that handed me my food must have been a manager or assistant manager and she decided to give me 2 free cookies. I don’t want your free crap I just wanted to be able to order my food and get it semi quickly and be on my way. Apparently that was too much to ask for.
Also the person that owns this location and the one in Garner, both locations have horrible service. Clearly the only reason business is good is due to the name on...
Read moreI am not sure what is going on with the Chick-fil-a in White Oak Shopping center. It is very inconsistent. Today was my last straw lol. I'm not mad just disappointed because I truly enjoyed Chick-fil-a's food and beverages. I got a 12 count with fries and a sprite. My drink taste like water and something weird in it. I have had sprite before and this is not sprite. It taste like someone put half water a hint of sprite and something else that shouldn't be consumed.... there has been plenty of other mishaps after spending my money at this place in White Oak Shopping center. Mistakes happen I get that but things just keep happening with this place. I use to get salads and I noticed that they kept forgetting to put my sauce in the bag or they would give me the wrong sauce or no fork or putting things in my salad after specifically asking for an item not to be in my sald which caused me to have to wait a very long time for a replacement or I would have to drive all the way back to get another sald. I kept calling because I felt it was intentional after the 4/5th time. My last straw with the salads was when they forgot my sauce and I drove to the window I asked for sauce and they had the sauces sitting outside. I could see the sauce that I was asking for and instead of the employee reaching and getting the sauce she mentioned it to the cashier and a few employees looked at each other, one grabbed her drink walked off the other laughed and turned around and the person that I was speaking to sipped her drink and started a conversations with another employee who seemed to be holding in their laugh. I don't know anyone there personally so I figured there may have been an inside joke but I still waited and was pulled up for sauce. I kept coming after that experience because again I enjoyed the food and wasn't willing to allow people who clearly don't care about the customers or understand the value we hold put a damper on my experience. But today I really had a taste for a sprite and a 12 count meal and again I was disappointed with this location because my order was incorrect... I will no longer be spending my money with the Garner locations anymore. It's too much at this point. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏾👎🏾✌🏿 and to think I literally ate their every morning that they where open and most...
Read moreCouldn’t be more disappointed 😔. Been a while since we’ve trekked over to this location, especially on a Friday night, since it’s about 25 minutes from our home. Decided to head over and pick up supper for the family. Hubby ordered through drive through, when he got the order he was concerned it didn’t look like his complete order and even questioned the young lady who gave it to him. She assured him it was everything. Of course he took her word and with amount of parking lot traffic just got out of the way as soon as possible and headed home. Unfortunately, he was right- there were 2 meals missing. Called up to let them know & guy who answered seemed unconcerned and said if we come back he’d give to us for free-hard to do since we’d already paid for it but he said no problem we’ll just give you a free cookie-truly?! We just dropped at least $50 and no apologies just a cookie? I drove the 20-25 minutes back to location to get missing items cause hubby wasn’t going to and kids were still hungry. Went inside & waited in line. Told cashier situation so she asked manager (I assume) working drive through. He wanted cashier to ask who we talked to on phone-which I said was inconsequential, and seemed unwilling to give us our prepaid for food despite me having receipt and annoyed that he was having to deal with it at all. Never came to speak to me either. Finally relented and allowed cashier to order n/c. Still no apologies or concessions. Sure people make mistakes and lesson learned to check bag no matter what before leaving, but I expected better from Chick-fil-A. Won’t be going back to this location to spend our hard...
