What an amazing experience! I have never been to a pOpshelf before but have heard so many positive things. From the moment I walked in the store, I was greeted by every associate. One young lady approached me after a few minutes, to offer any assistance I may need. I had no agenda but to check everything out. As I was strolling through, obsessed with everything they had, another associate also approached me, just to check in and make sure I was still doing okay and also offered her assistance.

When I say I appreciated that, I really felt that they were sincere and not pushy at all. The store is beautiful, clean, organized, and very well placed. Once you walk in, the front is so captivating, your sure to walk out with a great purchase!

You can check out their store online and shop for pick up in store, PLUS , they also offer a FREE rewards box when you sign up for Popshelf rewards. I do believe you have to redeem the box in person but TOTALLY WORTH IT! There are a few selections to choose from, it all depends on what is in stock. I chose the candle box and it included 5 AMAZING and pleasent smelling candles!

Don't sleep on this store! You will not be disappointed at all! It's not just a store, it is truly an experience! A big shout out to Nicole, the SM, AND staff for being awesome and proving that customer service is a top priority!!! Can't wait to visit again and will continue to recommend this business as a Go-To for everything!

I really like shopping here and I love the items and good prices they have, however, during one of my last trips to this specific location the employees decided to follow me around the store like they were waiting for me to steal something. It felt very awkward and it actually started to make me mad as it continued to happen. I would walk around the store, browsing items with my fiancee and there would ALWAYS be an employee pretending to organize a shelf while staring at us. I would shoot them a glace and they would go back to looking at the shelf in front of them, pretending to organize or clean it. I even put it to the test, I walked to certain areas of the store that I didn't need to go to see if I would be followed, and sure enough, one or two employees would slowly follow me over. Always staring at me and lazily pretending to organize items in front of them, items that clearly didn't need to be organized. It was infuriating to be treated that way and we almost decided to never come back as a result. I completely understand the need for loss prevention but that was too blatant and...

A great little store offering personal care items, healthy food snacks I was really shocked! They offer inexpensive home decorations crafts they have a great array of party supplies and decorations. They even have a lot of balloons to choose from that they blow up for you! They have a great array of cards and kids toys and pet supplies. The service was great and always served with a smile. They have convenient self checkout. The prices for the most part are very fair. I even found some personal care items that are comparable to bath & body works but actually better because they were paraben free and bath & body works wasn't not only that they were half the cost I was very impressed!
