Exceptional Staff & Service.
I came in to Store #1743 today to print copies for a poster I had made. I am mentally disabled and greatly struggle with thinking clearly, and had many questions regarding the printing/ordering process. Kyle patiently walked me through the steps I needed, and helped with the troubleshooting issues on my end where I was confused. Shortly after leaving I realized that I had made a mistake on the order options, and came back in to ask if I could make another order. Yomary saw I needed assistance, and after helping navigate me to what my needs were, she offered to re-do my order to the specifications I needed. And even had the posters printed right away. The staff was so friendly and helpful, and accommodating to my struggle in a task. The end result for the posters was great and made me excited to have a creative project again. The staff made the process of ordering something new at any business easy, and for me that is a difficult and often stressful task. I have a lot of projects to be printed in the coming weeks and I will be going to this location for all of my printing needs from now on. Thanks for the...
Read moreI have been using the Staples @ White Oak store in Garner NC for many years - overall, my experience has been in the 4-5 star range. This latest 2-star review is really for the Staples Corporate headquarters, who are clearly taking advantage of our turbulent economic times to hike prices up ridiculously high. Let me explain: I sometimes have to print 200+ page documents for my job, which I send to Staples so I don't put that wear & tear on my printer. A 200-page document, printed in black and white, is usually around $22.00. But my latest job (in June 2025) was going to run $54! That's quite a hike! I tried different options (single side vs double, lower quality paper) but I could not get the job done for less than $45. So, I called around -- all the big name corporate places are charging in the $50 range. But I found a locally owned shipping & mail service shop near me that could do it for.... $25! Man, that level of price gouging really stinks, Staples. But hey, you helped me discover a locally owned shop that can help me, so...
Read moreTEACHERS- just a heads up- I went to get a poster laminated in Garner at Staples because they usually have a quick turn around
They did a terrible job- it had wrinkles all in it. I am using the poster to write my C.L.O.s on daily- which is why I wanted it laminated.
I paid $12 for the print and another $10 to laminate it and canât use it. It was so bad, I didnât even take it home. I told them they can toss it there.
When I told the Staples print department how bad it looked- Tim- the print supervisor who was having a snack and scrolling his phone while on the job- said, âwell you signed a waiver so itâs not our fault.â He probably was too busy on his phone to pay attention to my print job and thatâs how it got messed up. I laminate with my small laminator almost daily and if you pay attention, it doesnât get wrinkles. The poster came to the print department flat and in pristine condition.
Guess who wonât be getting anything laminated at Staples EVER...
