Buddha's Bazaar — Local services in Gastonia

Great place, great selection, used to be awesome service, not sure what happened. I would have given this place 5 stars. I dropped it to two simply because of one employee who I have had 3 separate interactions with spaced weeks/months apart.

If they owner sees this, please know that she is costing yall money and customers. I personally know of 7 different people who would rather drive to infinitys end to spend more money on the same stuff just to avoid an interaction with this employee. She has a disgusting holier-than-thou attitude, zero personality, minimal knowlege, and most of all just flat out rude when speaking or conducting business. Her body language is stand offish and seems to be annoyed when presented with questions.

If it was my business, she would have been 86ed a long time ago. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on, even though I have been a loyal customer since the beginning of CLT vapes then changed over to the bazaar when they combined and still have roughly 900pts saved. I was excited to have a well versed/stocked smoke shop close to my house. I would rather drive 100 mi just to buy papers before dealing with sorry...

Me and my husband have been coming to Buddha's for over a year to purchase CBD oil cream and CBD spray for our pet. We stopped in today after leaving the gym an was greeted by a very rude employee. She immediately asked for our license which I told her I had mine but my husband did not have his wallet because we had just left the gym. We are 40 years old, we look much older than 18. Long story short my husband was very nice an said I will just go back to the car an let me purchase what we needed because we buy the same thing every month. She then said that because he did not have his license that neither one of us could purchase. I will never be back in this store. We spend $275 a month here, we left and went right down the street an purchased what we needed without a rude employee and without hassle. Multiple times I have visited this location and have had multiple of the employees help me over time. They have all been so sweet and delightful. I have never had a problem with any of them. But never have I ever met someone as awful as the manager. On several visits I have heard him tell employees to kill/hurt themselves in a non joking fashion. All of the employees I have asked about it say that it is normal for him. I do not believe this is how you should treat the people working for you. This is a disgusting way to run your business and I will certainly not be returning to this location until there is a talk with the manager to respect his workers, especially in front of customers.
