BTJ Wings — Restaurant in Gastonia

Yesterday's culinary exploration led me to  BTJ Wings in Gastonia. Opting for the 2pc whiting and wings combo was a decision that unfolded a symphony of flavors on my palate. The whiting, deserving of an unequivocal five stars, showcased culinary prowess with a perfect fusion of seasoning and expert frying. A dish that resonates with aficionados of impeccably prepared, succulent fish.

Delving into the wings, ordered with a mild flavor, proved to be a delectable experience in its own right. However, I dare say, a tad more crispiness would elevate them to unparalleled heights. As for the accompanying fries, they adhered to the archetype of standard restaurant fare, bereft of seasoning. A polite word of advice: summon the shakers of salt and pepper to awaken these unassuming spuds.

I used to be a loyal customer, coming in every week and even recommending this place to my family and friends. But after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. I placed a large order, and while I caught that the wings were missing while still in the store, I got home and discovered that an entire meal was also left out. I called to let them know, and the manager was extremely rude—he accused me of lying and refused to replace the missing food or issue a refund. The customer service was absolutely unacceptable. I’m truly disappointed and won’t be coming back. I lost out of 15 dollars. And he will be losing out of a lot more. I will make it know that this place is good but the customer service is terrible. Karma is coming.

Update: Since the manager responded. I wanted to add that he knew I was not a prank call. During the call, He look my order up in the system and still refused to remake my order that day. As well as provide a refund. And I was going to buy more food, but he claim that I was lying and trying to...

Let me tell you ! I will never give these people any of my business ever again .... Also food review video coming soon . I can almost promise you that I will not hear from anyone in management about this post because the person I spoke with about how bad my food was said he don't speak any English. My wings were over cooked and my fries were also . I called back after impulsively throwing it in the trash and the only thing that was said to me was I need proof and I have to get off the phone because there are calls coming in ..... I'm gonna save the good stuff for my food review video .... please stay tuned and I will come back on here and post the link to...
