The last three or four times I shopped here, the staff was unattentive and rude. Today I asked if there would be a sale on the Christmas trees prior to Christmas. I was told "no and there will not be an after Christmas sale this year either. Everything we are going to get for the holiday season is out and that's just how we feel this year." Normally love this shop and their staff. But today I bought a cool clock on sale from their front window and the battery mecanism is rusted and doesn't function. I didn't think to ask whether the clock worked. My mistake , I assumed that it did. Why wouldn't they tag that the clock mechanism was broken? Not happy that they didn't disclose this upfront. Very nice furniture and accessories. Some are pricey but most are high quality. Different sales make items a great value. 3 floors of display area make it an enjoyable shopping experience.
