I waited close to two months for an order without any tracking updates. I sent three emails checking the status before receiving a reply and was given a laundry list of excuses for the lack of communication and promised my order would be sent and half credited. A week goes by with nothing so I reach out again, three more times. Still no reply but after the third time I reached out I received a text that my order was cancelled. No credit either.
