So today September 23 I placed an order to go pick up once I got to the store. The store was closed, but I was really confused because I got the confirmation from the store for my order. They took my money. There was a gentleman there who said he was the closing manager, and he apologized profusely for the opening managers, two of them not showing up to open the store. I called corporate and I say on the phone with them for 30 minutes all they could say was I’m so sorry your refund should be 10 business days. And also id like to add that a lot of times if you order a pizza with light sauce, this location will completely disregard that and actually put extra sauce on the pizza you requested light sauce on.(no pizza should be dripping sauce, toppings sliding off because you picked up a slice) Could you imagine placing an order receiving the confirmation and being like hey kids let’s go get breadsticks and your kids are super excited the whole time they’re chanting breadstick breadstick breadstick on the way there until we get there and the door is locked. Could you imagine the amount of screaming that these two kids did because I promised them something that should’ve been open that I paid for??? Or, why is the Italian cheese bread not an option when you’re ordering through the Little Caesars app? This location has it I’d love to purchase it but if I can’t order ahead, I’m not gonna wait 20 minutes in the Little Caesars. Corporate informed me that when you guys close the store you’re supposed to turn off the portal so that way nobody can place an order while the store is closed and then the people that open are supposed to open the portal in the morning so people can place orders, if this location followed corporate guidelines, I wouldn’t be leaving...
Read moreThis is the worst Little Caesars in Michigan. I have managed multiple and if you know how a teacher tells students you have to try to fail their class? This is the staff here. They don’t seem to know what a Hot N Ready is and will argue with you as they give your Hot N Ready away. Those are just past experiences (and it’s honestly every single time). Here is what to expect here and again, these are just the true-blue consistencies you are for sure going to get: -10-20 minutes for a Hot N Ready (all times of day on weekends) -Weeknights = pure chaos. They cannot manage who ordered what first, whose order goes to what name and they have several employees talking in the back… they call out to put more rounds in only once the hot box is empty…. -management is clueless. And I mean simply they aren’t really sure what to do when something goes wrong. -Watch several orders go out that were for the wrong people, watch those people come back in upset they’ve waited 20 minutes to get the wrong order only to get greeted with mass confusion as if they have no clue what’s happening.
The GM or owner if this store need a complete staff overhaul. It’s terrible here. Do yourself a favor, drive up the road 10 minutes on M-59 and Mich to the one...
Read moreFirst off, I'd never leave a bad review for a place like Lil' Caesar. Not that it's particularly good, because it's not, but it is what it is.
However, whatever changes have taken place at the Howell location have been a massive improvement from last year.
The store itself is a lot cleaner (it wasn't bad before, but...), the employees look like actual employees (not on their phone, not full of piercings and tattoos, not talking in ghetto slang), and the pizza itself is built like a pizza (instead of a sloppy random mess).
Again, I wouldn't bother complaining before because $6 pizzas are what they are. But for real, the Howell location has stepped its game up massively. ...
