I placed my order of three different caps 1)$34.99 2)$34.99 3)$29.99= $99.97 all charged to my C.C immediately! That was back at the beginning of 4/7/24 (Sun) order# 15412. Days and weeks went by and still nothing, I received in email on 4/19/24 “Your order has been shipped” cool! Wrong, more waiting and more waiting and still NO CAPS! NO EMAILS! NO COMMUNICATION! What’s so ever! The caps I had order I was going to use on a trip to Mexico City and tag his company on social media just to help out local small time business owners. Changed my review to three stars. First off, I really like the hat that I got from them. Construction seems solid and it comes just as pictured. The reason I give three stars instead of five is because of communication. The hat took forever to get to my place (reason given to me was it's a one man operation, which I understand) and when reaching out to them I never received an email back nor did I ever get a tracking number.
