Pros: The buildings are new and therefore quite nice. Sound proofing between units is also good. Haven't needed maintenance much but they've been quick in my limited experience. Cons: Like others have mentioned, the office is often hard to reach. Weird stuff like the units don't come with window screens. And over the course of the 2 years we've lived here the quality of the neighborhood has declined; it used to be mostly quiet, now kids riding ATVs up and down the streets and around buildings blasting music and yelling at adults has become a regular occurrence. Currently (8:45pm) there is a function happening out back of my building, complete with fun lights, loud music, and cars parked all over the grass and in every spare inch of the street, despite there being a no street parking rule. These are "house with land" activities, not "townhome community" activities. Also, our former neighbors allegedly had their cars broken into.

Very hard to get in contact with any management or maintenance. Never respond to emails or calls most the times. Hope that gets resolved. Other than that, it's nice. You can have...
