I ordered dinner online for my family here and grabbed it on my way home from work. Do not have a space for special instructions on your online menu if you don’t intend to read or follow them ! I am allergic to wasabi and ordered over $40 worth of Sashimi with a big note in the special instructions reading ,”No Wasabi ! Allergic !”. Needless to say when I get to my house and start unpacking all of my food to eat there is a loose wad of wasabi in both containers of my Sashimi so I could not eat it. I ordered several steak entrees. Their online menu has a drop down to choose how you want your steak cooked. Everyone in my family likes rare so I ordered it as such. Not one of the 3 that I ordered were actually rare or quite honestly even medium. Their teriyaki is super sweet and just lacked flavor overall. The scallops in my entree were truthfully the only thing worth eating. My shrimp were soggy and saturated in the overly sweet sauce. The vegetables were overcooked and soggy. I am confused at how this restaurant has an overall rating of 4.4 stars. Either people have low expectations and have never had good food or I just caught them on a very bad day. Either way, if you are in the restaurant business then at the very least you should take food allergies very seriously if you want to stay in the...

Ordered takeout a couple of days ago. My boyfriend and I each got hibachi, crab rangoons, and he got himself some sushi. The hibachi was okay, have definitely had better. The rangoons were stale and cold, like they had been sitting out for about an hour or so. But the main issue here is the sushi. I didn’t eat any thank god, but my poor boyfriend has been dealing with food poisoning ever since eating it. The symptoms kicked in a couple hours after eating and he has barely been able to stomach any solid food since. He’s been dealing with extreme nausea, diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, and indigestion. He even almost passed out yesterday because of it. This was our first time eating here and it’s safe to say it will be the last. Not sure what’s going on in that kitchen, but a food borne illness is very serious and can quickly get a restaurant shut down. Y’all need to pay closer attention to your food storage, temperatures, and expiration dates before serving people RAW food. Food borne illnesses, especially those from seafood, can be EXTREMELY dangerous and sometimes life threatening. This is absolutely not okay and I hope to god this was just a one off situation and not a common issue at...

I’m not sure why all the reviews for this place are so glowing. My girlfriend and I went here and ended up canceling our order and leaving before we even ate the appetizer. (Edamame that tasted like what you buy in the frozen foods section at Sams Club)

If you’re a sushi lover, do yourself a favor and just go to the local Kroger. The selection is about the same and I’m sure it’s cheaper. I had a hard time deciding what to order because there was nothing interesting on the menu.

It took us a while to decide what we wanted because of the lack of selection. We could have just left, but we’d been seated and felt like we may as well give it a try. After the waitress asked us several times, if we were ready to order, someone who appeared to be the manager came over and with the intention of taking our order. I’m not sure if she picked up on our hesitation or was having bad day, but she was very curt and even a bit rude.

Sorry to be a pain Sakura, we just like something less run...

This isn't the first time I've ordered here, but like...when the food once is fairly good, and the next order is...half inedible. I got the New York roll, excited for the fish and radish, something in that roll was terribly bad. The Queens roll I got the mango was hard. Like it was cut way too close to the pit and it was not ripe enough. I got the chicken and veg tempura and the steamed gyoza. No complaints about the gyoza. The tempura though, I got exactly 1 carrot, 1 zucchini, 1 broccoli, 1 mushroom, 1 onion, and 3 pieces of not tempura battered chicken. I don't know if I'll be back. The food cost $31 and change. For this little food for that much money and it's not even quality that it should be is super disappointing. Last time I got lunch and this time I ordered late, bc I get off work late, but there was still 2 hours to close when I picked my food up.

19 Oct ‘25 ordered shrimp yaki udon and Boston roll. Received 9 shrimp in yaki udon and very few pieces of broccoli and a few pieces of carrot and onion. The noodles were cooked perfectly. Boston sushi roll had very little crab, shrimp, cucumber, mayo, and was a very small roll. Taste good and was ready on time. Guess everyone is cutting back. 5 star. Food here is consistently good. Shrimp yaki udon is the only dish I ever order, so good with 10 shrimp and veggies. My fam loves the teriyaki shrimp with fried rice and veggies. Best Japanese food in the area. Price is reasonable.
