The food is good, prices are reasonable, and until yesterday the service wasn't terrible. Usually go through drive thru, my bf was driving and ordered but I was sitting next to him. I don't get veg with my order b/c I can't eat the veg that omes with what I order. We order, the person taking the order sounded like she didn't care and didn't want to be there. We get our food and drive home. We don't live close, this shop is on the way home from my bf's job. Get home to find out the person taking the order rang it in wrong AND the order was subsequently made wrong but also WAY smalller than a LARGE order of any of the food options normally is. As a person who has worked in restuarant kitchens before, it looked like when some cooks double an order because more than one of that entree is being ordered at the same time, but like they didn't put enough in for the correct sizes, and one person gets shorted. Okay, disappointed, so I called and the person who answered was the person at drive thru and as soon as I give her details she starts arguing that I ordered the wrong size and no my bf said less veg not no veg, mind you she read the order back correctly so we didn't notice the Less veg on the ticket until we got home, she just rang it in wrong. But like, why argue? I'm staring at the food, I know what I ordered, and it clearly wasn't what I was given. I don't live close enough to like go back without it being a complete hassle, so I didn't even expect it remade or a refund, but she took a simple small complaint and just made sure the store lost customers. Because my household won't go back and I won't recommend the store to anyone...

They recently opened one at the Berwick Kroger shopping center this place right across from Kroger. I went to try them out and was interested in their lunch specials they have from Monday to Saturday till 3 pm.

So I am in line for the lunch special and the two cars in front of me take forever. Week when it’s my turn the lady at the teller puts me on hold. When she gets on it’s 5 minutes after 3 and she refuses to serve me the lunch special because now I am 5 minutes late. Now she put me on hold and if she had not I would be on time still after the two cars. So I order their combo of Kung Pao chicken. I get home and open up and all I see is 7 peanuts thrown on some cheap vegetables. I literally separated the meat from the rest and all there was 11 very thinly sliced chicken and tons and I mean tons of white onions. Some green peppers and few slices of zucchini. I never had Kung pao look like this. Fried rice was so bad I was not able to eat it. It was not cooked all the way. The rice was hard. So I wasted $8 I wonder! Should I give them another try to see if this was just a fluke? I don’t know. I will be thinking hard about that. Service at the drive through was horrible as well. I asked for a cup of I e water and I was refused because I didn’t as during my order per the woman at the window. So I say already bad. I mean BAAAAD. It’s up to you to give them a chance. I am only voicing...

First time ordering from here and doordash delivered quickly. However, fried dumplings are dropped in a fryer, rather than steamed then pan fried, like most Chinese restaurants do. (From my experience) Very disappointing 😔 Also, most dumplings are pork unless specifically requested otherwise. Not sure what was inside these dumplings but looks like chicken. No flavor. Lastly, steak n cheese egg roll sounded great! And it does "have potential" but was either old or overcooked...in fryer. (Both items ordered were overcooked) I've spent plenty time in a kitchen. It's obvious to me that the cook doesn't care about product they produce and/or building the business. (Take note owner) So $22 for food that I can't/won't eat?!?!? I'd rather have a fried bologna sandwich, if that says anything?!? Will not order again. Plenty of other Chinese restaurants to choose from....
