This place looks nice on the outside and is new, but do not be deceived! I have had nothing but trouble since moving in. Twice the sewer has backed up in my apartment even after me warning them they needed to do something about it. They come and look and say oh well, it resolved itself! Oh wouldn't that be nice if it was actually the truth! Then I had to properly clean it up myself, they refused to replace flooring even though the sewer had overflowed on it twice and sewage was obviously underneath the flooring. They said it will dry up! GROSS! They had a faulty breaker box that kept shutting off my television. They replaced it once, then told me I needed to buy a new TV. There was nothing wrong with my TV and getting a new TV would not fix a bad breaker. I finally complained to a maintenance person who actually understood the breaker was the problem and he finally got one installed that worked properly. They have very generalized rules in the lease, which allow them to change the rules whenever they deem fit and just throw it in one very generalized rule in the lease and threaten to fine you if you don't obey. Something crawled up in my garage and died, causing a disgusting stink and they blamed it on me, saying I had rotten food, which I did not and somehow they couldn't find the rotten food, they told me it was my problem and I would have to find the dead animal myself. The managers have all been royal B**ches and not helpful at all, basically cop an attitude every time you ask a question. Assistants in the office have all been friendly and as helpful as they can be, no complaints on them at all, just the management. For $1300 a month, these are not issues that anyone should have to deal with. Only still living here because I don't break leases, but can NOT WAIT TO GET THE HELL OUT OF THIS PLACE!!! Let me just say, the amenities (pool and fitness center) are super nice, but do not make up for all the hassles...

The contract required me to provide a 60-day notice if I planned to move out; otherwise, I would be penalized with two months’ rent for failing to notify them on time. Unfortunately, I was late on my rent during my last month because I intended to pay the full amount, including any late fees, by the end of the month. Despite my plan to settle everything, they moved forward with filing an eviction against me in court and only informed me on the very day they were taking action.
Their communication throughout the process was terrible. I experienced ongoing issues with my email and mailbox key, which wasn’t working, making it difficult to stay informed. I frequently visited their office to ask questions regarding my final month, yet they never clearly communicated my deadlines or potential penalties in person. Instead of providing advance notice, they would call me just minutes before deadlines were due, leaving me with little to no time to address any issues properly.
I’ve always been diligent in paying my bills and rent on time throughout the entire year, yet the treatment I’ve received in my final month has been nothing short of unacceptable. The manager lacks professionalism, consistently showing a complete disregard for respect and professionalism. Instead of addressing concerns with fairness, she hastily places blame without consideration. Was told nothing about a 3400 termination fee. Then when you call the Office to discuss the 5200 final bill, cause again was not sure of what it would cost to cancel my lease 2 months early. The Office Manager Candi gives you a sarcastic an snooty attitude cause it was in "Black an white" as she put it so the fact that her Leasing Agent Lied to my face is my fault for not understanding an consulting with Her Leasing Agent an now costing me 5200.
