Starbucks — Restaurant in Georgetown

Had a very simple request and after waiting in line several minutes the lady working said my request was too hard and refused to make it! So we came home and had to place an order online which was easy and the starbucks across from kroger took great care of us! The request was mocha drizzle around the cup with a white chocolate cream frappe topped with chocolate curls on whipcream. Lady was so rude I spoke with corporate so hopefully a retraining...

Wonderful customer service, food, and drinks. However, there needs to be a system put in place for the line of traffic. It is not reasonable for people to be lined out in the road. I brought this up to a manager a year or so ago but they never did anything about it. Could we put in signs to wrap around the building once? People in the parking lot would still be able to pull out... this is a better alternative to the road where cars are...

So, I hadn't ever actually drank Starbucks prior to going to this one (urged by my girlfriend who wanted a hot caramel apple cider and begged. I myself not big of coffee) I asked the woman working at the time what they had that was "chocolate and sweet" I don't remember the name, but whatever it was exceeded my expectations. A pleasurable experience and good first trip...
