On may 8th around 8:30 my mother my brother and I all came to target for a few items. I was in electronics talking to Johnna (hope I spelled him name correctly) a security guy working in target. He was EXTREMELY helpful and had a lot of information. Patient and kind and exactly what youd expect from target as a company. Tatiana (again hope I spelled her name correctly) came along as I was walking through the store trying to find my family explained we had 13 minutes before the store would be closed. We had a small conversation about how annoying it was when people walked in and tried to shop at closing and I apologized that we thought they were open for a little longer. We finally got all our things and had 2 minutes before the store was technically closed. My mother was checking out and got finished and her card wasnt workin . The machine was not taking her card. We had the money it was not our fault the money wasnt going throug . Tatiana made a sly comment to me about our conversation about how she no longer agreed with me and was upset we were taking longer than expected. Again we had no control over this. I.understand if we had jsut walked in but we had been there for half an hour. She was not helping the situation and johna came over and actually helped my mother come up with a solution, it still didnt work so I paid and left. I had asked johna what the two employee names were that he was patient calm and helpful even though you could tell he was a little agitated which is understable. He even explained Tatiana was having a rough day but I also had a rough da . She also was screaming at coworkers that they were getting written up whether or not the coworker deserved it customers should not be present when things of this sort of situation happen . Extremely unprofessional and rude to her coworkers and customers. I just want to also say johna was awesome. I could tell he was ready to leave and he still was passionate about what he was doin . Very respectful and that is what I expect from targe . Not the girl who was screaming and yelling stomping around mad because a card wouldnt go through. Very very disappointed in how this situation went until Johna stepped in thank you jonah you have a wonder bright future ahead of you. And tatiana you have a long way to go girl. Read moreJust wasted hours having my daughter who just got off work, drive me to this store which is out of our way tonight because the item has been saying in store only purchase and in stock for days now. It’s now 9:20pm and my daughter went to guest services because I couldn’t find product they said was in stock and on the end cap, where we had already looked before going to guest services. Guest services said they definitely had the item in stock. We still didn’t find product. My daughter then asked someone who worked on the floor a black woman stocking items at the time was the item in stock in case we were overlooking the item. The employee confirmed that the item was definitely in the back and that everyone keeps coming in store asking for the item. However, she said the item may be stocked sometime tomorrow. STOP saying stuff is in stock and it’s not yet available to the public. Its babbles me that the employee said everyone keeps asking for the product but yet and still no urgency to get the product out on the floor. The laziness of these employees. Treat customers how you want to be treated and go get the stuff they ask for. Just holding products in the back just to be holding them. What ya’ll doing holding the product for family and friends AND THESE BE THE SAME EMPLOYEES GOING INTO OTHER BUSINESSES TO SHOP AND WANT THE RED CARPET LAID OUT...
Read moreThis store has steadily gone downhill over the last three years. It is now past the point of no return. Target Management — where are you? How can you let a once thriving store turn into a chaotic, dilapidated, and totally unorganized dumpster fire? Drive Up orders are only correct 60% of the time at best, the shelves look like someone went through and threw every single item on the floor then picked the items back up by the armful and randomly threw them back on the shelf, and their Drive Up team is an absolute joke. Tonight, I sat in the Drive Up pickup area for 30 minutes and no one came to my car. Three other cars came and picked up their orders during that time with no problem. I attempted to ask an employee what was going on, and they literally ignored me and walked off. I went in and picked up my own order. Your staff and the “work” they do should be an embarrassment to the Target organization. This will be reported to the corporate office as well so that maybe this message will at least make it to the manager of the store. I have no hope that they will do anything to improve this store, though, because it is now too far gone. Every employee at this tire, from top to bottom, should be fired and replaced tomorrow.
