Wish there was a negative rating and this place would be the world leader in that.This is by far the worst dining experience I had till date and guess nothing will be even worst that this. I ordered a Vegetarian Chimchanga and when I started eating it I did found meat pieces inside it, I confirmed it with my friend just to make sure and he did confirm it. I did indicate it to a waitress passing by and the first thing she did is laugh as it was a joke, I was just speechless and was not expecting that reaction. I told her to send the manager.
Now the manger arrives her name is Maria and this is our shocking conversation going forward
Maria: What happened? Me: I explained the situation (was expecting apology) Maria: Sir this happens, it is a Mexican restaurant and it is common Me and my friend: But we did order Vegetarian right, how come meat is added Maria: We use the same skillet and it can happen (still no apology) Me: I am speechless by now and said the least you can do is apologize and not laugh about it as one of your fellow servers did, then she apologizes (FINALLY) and said what can I do more?
Maria: I will remove it from your check and I can make a new dish for you, by this time I had a lost my appetite and patience and just want to get out of the place. She was like it happens and I explained I have been eating in a lot of Mexican places and have never had an experience like this, she then says I you should mention it that while ordering to use different skillet.
Me and my friend (together): But if we order a vegetarian dish we do not expect meat in it, and how come will know that you will make such a blunder and do not expect it from any decent restaurant.
After this she says she can go and make it myself for you and I was like no need I just want to get out from here, she then leaves
After a few minutes our server arrives her name is Valeria arrives, was expecting her to arrive sooner
She just pretends that nothing has happened and just asked do we need anything? I was now shocked to the core and mentioned what has happened and the she says I know and it won’t be included in your check. (NEVER APOLOGIZED at all)
I was so furious by now that being our servers she should have been the first person to come and apologize immediately but she had an arrogance and ignorance of I don’t know what …. The worst server that has ever been
At this point we both decided not to tip her at all and write a note on our check.
I just hope there is same strict action taken against these two people as they were rude, ignorant and thoroughly unprofessional especially the server because she never said sorry

Read moreTried to patronize this place. Waitress seemed rushed, but I know most places are short staffed so I would rather have faster service than slower service. Both dishes had little flavor and chicken was overcooked and chewy. I planned to pay for the entire meal, but we left our dishes to the other side of the table while we watch a college game to get it out the way. It was obvious we were no longer eating it.
After 20 mins, she finally came back to see us even though she spoke twice during those 20 mins to the table directly behind us. She brought me the ticket and ask if we needed a to go box and when I said no, she said okay very quickly and walked off.
Surprised she didn't ask us if everything was okay since we barley ate our food. I never planned on getting it for free or discounted. Just wanted my ticket, was still going to tip, and leave.
When she brought the paid ticket back, she THEN ask are we sure we didn't want a to go box, and I proceed to tell her very nicely, no thank you the chicken was overcooked and chewy. She looked disappointed in that, but I think she deliberately asked me AFTER payment to avoid me asking for a discount.
I understand most people would ask for refund, but we still ate enough to get full while I was trying to give it a chance and especially from the whole bowl of cheese dip, so I chose not to get a refund especially with these hard times.
All in all, I won't be back. Majority of all Mexican Restaurant are always on point, so I'm not sure what is going on here. Could be understaffed so cooks are rushing as well.

Noticed it felt like a sauna in there and I had my babies so I asked if the air was broken or something (not expecting a yes), we'll I was told that yes in fact their air was broken. I had my babies and wanted to leave because they were already fussy because one had barely napped and the other was getting close to needing their second nap, so they were both pissed and now it was super hot on top of that. Furthermore they stuf us in a crowded side room with zero air flow. I was late and my family had already ordered before they realized the air was broken so we were stuck there. In hind sight should've just slapped some cash down and left. The I formation about the air being broken was not posted on the door for customers to see and make an informed decision, nor was the information offered up by the server when we sat down. I literally had to ask to get that information. So I guess money is more important than the wellbeing and comfort of their customers. By the time we got the food none of us could eat because it was so hot and miserable and the hot food was not enjoyable at all. I did take a few bites, and it was just OK at best. I haven't had la hacienda in a long time but I just can't get over the fact that they weren't informing people that their air was down. The service was eh. Not terrible but less than average/decent. Definitely not worth it. Probably won't be back to...
