I am normally very pleased with Wegman's but I tried curbside delivery today and it was just very poor. First, their app automatically directs picking items on your list to Instacart. This is ok but if you have any damaged or missing items then you have to deal with Instacart and not with Wegman's! This happened to me and luckily Wegman's customer service stepped in to correct the errors. I did it to save time but Wegman's staff that loaded my car, kept me waiting for almost 15 minutes because I had two orders. To make it more frustrating, they missed two of my bags which resulted in my having to go back to store! I still had 4 items missing! Again, Wegman's staff helped out without making me jump through the hoops. Instacart service is very sub par (one star would be too much!), both shoppers picked things without paying attention to quality. Almost as if they have an incentive to move poor quality produce to unsuspecting customers! They even substituted some items to far more costlier ones - ignoring my comments on the app. Finally, none of my cold items were kept in temperature controlled condition, despite them saying so! Not happy at all with this experience. Only giving higher ratings of 3 starts as Wegman's customer service did help to correct some of the issues.

Hopefully someone there reads this detailed feedback and takes some serious steps to correct such issues. Such issues are otherwise resulting in poor rating to a generally a very high...

Very Odd and confusing layout, and employees not very helpful. Apparently, they can't find anything either. I walked in the front door into the produce section and began picking out some produce. Couldn't find any Veggie Wash (or anything similar) so I asked the person working in produce. He looked on his phone a bit then told me it was on aisle 18B. I eventually made it over there (all the way on the opposite end of the store) and the ONLY items on that aisle were pet food and supplies. I bet he knew that and deliberately sent me on my way over there to get me out of his hair. Also couldn't find any straws in the store, slim pickings on the salad dressings, overpriced meats, and poor selection of pickles. No Vlasic pickles, only yucky Mt. Olive pickles, didn't see any brands of Spicy/Zesty Dills at all. They also didn't carry my favorite brand of tuna (Genova) so I ended up buying their store brand of yellow fin tuna. I didn't discover until I got home that I would have to scrounge around trying to find a can opener because their store brand doesn't have an easy pop-off ring top. Come on Wegmans, this is 2023. I see all sorts of brands I never heard of (kind of like Aldis), but Wegman jacks up the price to think they are something special. Don't fall for it. I Don't plan on returning to...
