Subway — Restaurant in Florida

Was sitting down at a table , went up to order a sandwich and a young lady came over and asked me and another person who was already eating to leave because she wanted to close the seating area 8:30, mind you they are open until 10pm . She had an ear piece in her ear which seems to be accepted in today's society while working. I ordered my sandwich and the young lady began talking about me, being upset that I and the other gentleman couldn't eat our sandwiches at a table and had to leave the restaurant. (Side note they also seem to stop making HOT SANDWICHES at 8:30 as well and it's only cold sandwiches until 10pm ). The young lady was still talking about me while I was being rung up by another employee and purchasing my sandwich , she even quoted, she was talking to the manager and that manager could here this conversation. I haven't ever been disrespected like this before while buying food. I really hope management does something about this because it's a shame customers have to be treated like this . At least the other employee was respectful made the sandwhich , and even turned the toaster back on to make a hot sandwich quickly . Customer service seems to be dying with employees now being disrespectful toward customers. I guess the one positive was at least the...

When I ordered a ham egg and cheese, double the meat, she asked me what type of ham I wanted and that made a difference in how many pieces were put on the sandwich. I told her that I'm a truck driver and I have had Subways all over the country and nobody has ever asked me that. Then, I shared an experience that somebody offered me four eggs and double Ham on a 6-in sandwich just the other week and she stated she is a new general manager and she does everything by the book and that person must have been "retarded". 🤦‍♂️ That didn't offend me, but I'm sure that would offend someone else! Also, the tomatoes were basically mush. I asked if she could get a new batch out and she said that's just how they are. I said I wouldn't even offer this to people. She rolled her eyes at me just got irritated. She still needs a lot of training. The veggies in general were not very fresh....

Tonight, i walked in, and the counter was empty. Waited 5 minutes as a guy from popeyes went and got the worker from the back. She was talking on her phone all the way up to the counter, didn't end the call, but put it in her pocket. A line had started forming behind me. She yells out to everyone and asks who's first.... literally me first in line.. her entire demeanor was just her being irritated. Not friendly or polite. She asked what i was getting, and i said 3 footongs. She throws her hands up and says, "Oh my god" and walks away continuing to say that she was going to overwork herself. Horribly rude attitude. As she had walked away, i told her nevermind and me and my 10 year old son left. At least i got to teach him how NOT to act around people. Got subs from wawa across the street, and everyone was nice there. I live around the corner and i am never going to this...
