I took an unexpected trip into downtown Gilbert to look at storefronts and I happen upon this little gem. I had been looking for the perfect trunk to use as an outdoor coffee table and pulled in to this adorable little house. I never expected to find anything but when I walked to rooms full of yesteryear, I found the perfect old wardrobe trunk being used as a display. It was less than a minute and the wonderful gal who owns the place was down on her knees dragging it out for me to take a better look. It was the winner. I had found what I was looking for forever and she had just gotten this trunk in. It was meant to be that I stopped in this little shop because I found a table and met a wonderful person. Love, love, LOVE, C and J's antiques and garden has been my go to Décor the last 12 or 13 years. Compared to the large antique malls, Cand J's is quite cozy and intimate however , I always find what I need(or want). That is because Claire has such a great eye for the treasures she includes in her inventory. Whether I have needed gifts for someone specific or small gifts for teachers or furniture, accessories for an outfit etc etc... C and J's has always come through. In addition... her prices are very reasonable and customer service superior! ...

This place is a gem. The owner, Claire, is the kindest person and has made me feel at home and welcome with each of my visits. She is so knowledgeable on every piece inside her store, every item has its own personal history. You can really tell when somebody loves what they’re doing. I always look forward to...
