Fry's Pharmacy — Local services in Gilbert

There are hundreds of signs outside of Frys that basically harass you to get a flu shot and when you wait in line for 45 minutes they tell you they’re not doing them! Absolutely horrendous customer service no compassion from the pharmacy employees whatsoever. Do not send your sick loved ones to this pharmacy they will wait for extended periods of time for horrible service. Also don’t think I didn’t try to schedule both online and over the phone. Their online scheduling service is non existent and they left me on hold for 10 minutes before they hung up on me. I know I’m not the only patient recieving this type of service as the man in front of me had some choice words about their service and lack of answering their phones! Horrible ! I wish I could...

Went to pick up my PTSD/sleep meds today and when they handed me a little medicine bottle which would normally hold 30 day supply But I take two a day which is 60 pill in total so I knew my whole prescription wasn't there. So I said why is it in that little bottle thats not going to be enough or for the Employee to tell me he must have got them all to fit. Didn't check it didn't count it pretty much handed me the bag to be on my way. I go to I go to my car and I count 47 pulls with no room to even fit another pill. Take it in and they gave me what I was missing but nobody wanted to answer me how this could happen. On April 28th around 930am i went in to pick up a prescription for my girlfriend who had it called in on April 27th. The clerk who helped me told they would be ready in about 1 1/2. Time had passed so I called in to see if they were ready in which I was I was told it would be done by 2 now and that I was liar for being told it would be done within said time frame. Horrible...
