I walked up at 8:45 pm, but the door was locked. I knocked and asked through the door if I was mistaken that they are open until at 9. The worker said, "We close at 9, and it is 9." I said, "No, it isn't," and held up my phone to show the time. She started getting all pissy at me, so I walked away. It's not worth arguing over 15 minutes (I then stopped at 2 more stores at the mall that actually did stay open until the advertised time of 9 pm). I will be taking my business to a different Hallmark store from now on. I come buy 10-15 ornaments every year, but I'm willing to drive a little farther for...

I’ve tried to call the store all day to see if they have large jumbo ginormous Christmas cards in which is what I needed. It went straight to busy. So I made the drive-in because I really need this card and I get there and ask someone if they know where they are because I couldn’t find them and they said oh yes we got that shipment in. It’s in the back but it’s not gonna be on the shelves until Tuesday. What the heck in the better customer service days people would go to the back and get it for you if you knew that you had it in stock so I won’t be shopping at this...

The "manager" at this location is rude at best. I'm not sure if she's racist or if she treats everyone equally badly. I'm not a high-maintenance customer; there was absolutely no reason for her to treat me in the nasty way that she did. I was so upset when I left the store, but I have to assume that there was something else going on in her life to cause her to take it out on me...OR maybe she was just bored and enjoyed feeling like she was all superior and powerful ruling in her Hallmark store. Who knows. I'm a huge fan of Hallmark but will NEVER shop at this...
