Unsatisfactory customer service. No one, not even us were greeted when walking into the store, you have to go up to someone at the counter if you want anything. My fiance picked out my engagement ring and asked for it to be a certain size due to not knowing my actual size. We went together to get my ring sized and I was told that they would try and size my ring but because it was so small if they were not able to resize it properly they could customize it to fit (it would take longer to get back). We were told that it would take two weeks to size and that we would be notified when it was ready to be picked up. About a week after I dropped my ring off to be sized, I called just to see if it was ready as I was super excited to have it back. When I asked if my ring was ready by chance, I was told "No it is not ready, you just dropped it off a week ago I am not sure why you would think it would be ready now" I said that I was just checking and was told to check my receipt for the date that it should be done by. My fiance called the day before it was promised to be done by as he was in the area and asked if it was ready, they told him yes she could have come to get it but we were never informed of this. When I got to the store to try on my ring it did not fit and they sized it .5 bigger than I had asked them to. I was pretty much told there was nothing else they could do, and that a wedding band would fix the problem. We have since gone to another Helzberg where they were able to fix my ring a little more and I will be taking it there when I need it checked. Read moreHorrific service. I had called earlier in the day and asked questions about watch repair and the lady on the phone was very nice and answered all my questions. I came in later to bring the watches in and Mary said oh "we don't do watch repair you can go over to (another jewelryrepair place near by)". I said I called earlier and they said they do. She said oh we send it out. I said yes. Then Mary said ok which then she was willing to look at my watches. I said two hadn't been working for a while and those could be sent off but the one recently stopped working and I think it is the battery. She said, "we don't do that." I said I just talked to the lady earlier and she said they would take off the back. Then Mary said oh ok. Let me see. She had put up a plastic screen for me to stand behind so we could talk, which i stood behind. Then she moved 10 feet away from me which then i couldn't hear her because she had a mask on so I moved to the side to hear her better, when she said, Can you please stand behind the plastic? I said i am more than 6 ft away, completely social distancing. She said please stand behind the plastic. She us pompous and arrogant. I said please give me my watches back, you never wanted to serve me in the first place. Don't go because they don't care about customer service. I can only image the service after they get your money.

This review will focus on a recent trip when I needed my 27 piece collection brought in for their warranty inspections & cleanings. I was greeted & tended to immediately by Lena. After stating my needs, Bryana quickly joined & began coordinating with me & my documentation cards. I had concerns over some pieces, which they both patiently listened. I regularly wear just over half of my collection, while the remainder has stayed boxed/stored since last 6 month inspection. Together, they diligently worked, seamlessly, to inspect EACH & EVERY piece ACCURATELY. Both with a pleasant demeanors, Bryana carefully inspected, while Lena generated work orders for a total of 7 pieces found w concerns. My former store had often stated all jewelry was good, only to have a stone fall out of a piece not even worn, just 3 days later! I've since brought that repair to this San Tan Villages location & trust them with all my needs. Lena & Bryana were so impressive! I was so pleased with how much care & respect they had for myself & my collection. Since changing to make this my regular store, this location has always shown me upmost professionalism, always with warm greetings!
