As an October bride, in spooky fashion, my little black heart was set on something out of the ordinary🖤… Coming from New Mexico, I was very limited on my selection. I visited a boutique local to Albuquerque, and was discouraged to find that I only had 4 black dresses to choose from. As I began to research other boutiques in the state, I realized that I would have to travel to find what I wanted. Maggie Sottero was my perfect vision and when we looked up authorized retailers Legacy was the closest location to home 🥰... My maid of honor called right away and spoke to the seamstress, Suzanne. From that moment on, every experience with this group of ladies was exceptional!…. They happened to be closed that day and Suzanne said she would relay the message to the owner. Within 2 hours Sydney was texting me, trying to get an idea of what I was looking for. We spoke of a specific dress that I wanted to see but they didn’t have it in store… Sydney informed me that we could order the Sample from Maggie for $80, but due to the unexpected trip it wasn’t within our budget 😔… I was heartbroken but still optimistic that I would find something while in Arizona! I booked with 3 other boutiques in the area just incase 😬… As we got closer to our trip Sydney checked in periodically… One of our last conversations was her telling me she was able to get the dress I wanted to see!! 🖤 I was over the moon!…To make a REALLY LONG STORY short, Sydney and her assistant took such good care us! From the time I had an encounter with legacy at the bridal expo to helping me find my dress was such an amazing experience! At the expo they were so fun and full of energy even gifted me with a beautiful bow with pearls on it which made me feel like the bride as I walked through the expo! From booking my appointment staying connected via phone calls and text always making sure if I had any concerns as far as what to wear to my first dress experience as a first time bride to a dress I found I liked to see if they had a style similar they had no problem with me sending styles via my pintrest or send pictures via text. They always got back to me right away. Now coming in to the boutique we drove over and hour away from suprise to come and I'm so glad we did the second we walked in the door we were greeted celebrated and felt at home. The special touches with my name on the mirror and giving us all waters and making sure we had everything we needed fun little signs for my group to yes or next the dress.

The most unique part was allowing my group to pick out dresses they had in there inventory for me to try on so each person felt included in the experience! They had also screened my pintrest dresses I'd sent and when I tell you my Board is coming to life!!!! Every dress I tried on I felt so comfortable with my stylist helping me in an out feel comfortable and confident. Legacy Bridal was a perfect experience. I knew I wanted a Val Stefani dress and Legacy Bridal happened to have a trunk show the weekend after I learned about Val Stefani dresses. New Mexico doesn’t have any bridal shops that carry that designer so I made the trip to Phoenix and my stylist Lina made sure it was well worth it. She was very response in the week leading up to my trip and sent me photos of potential dresses on the mannequin. She helped me narrow down my options before I even got there. On the day of, the whole team welcomed me and my bridesmaid in and we began trying on dresses. We found “the one” by the second dress. Lina knew I was torn between a fitted and ballgown style so she helped me try on other dresses of both styles so I could be sure I wanted the ballgown style. When I knew it was ballgown style we went back to the second dress which confirmed my decision. She then let me try on different veils and hold a bouquet to get the full affect. I was so happy and relieved to have found the dress. Legacy bridal did a great job of listening to my yays and nays which unfortunately wasn’t something I can say about the many bridal shops I went to in Albuquerque. I never felt rushed or pressured.
