BoSa Donuts — Restaurant in Gilbert

I believe the drinks with boba are too overpriced I paid $9 for a drink that wasn’t good quality. You can go too a REAL boba spot with better quality boba for way cheaper. And the service isn’t that good. One of the main workers there he is short chubby with semi long hair & I think blonde highlights he is not a professional worker at all. Ive order from him multiple times with a clear order. (Wtv drink with boba) and he gets it wrong over n over and tried to blame it on me. He isn’t very professional in my opinion and always has attitude. I also ordered a drink tdy a Thai tea with boba and coconut jelly and I slurped up two pieces of plastic (the hard plastic) if I had swallowed it it probably would’ve cut my throat but again I paid $9 for it. Very nasty and not well clean. I’m not sure how the plastic ended up in my drink but...

Hate writing bad reviews.. but.. my girlfriend walked in (thought the place looked filthy) and ordered. Upon starting the order, the cashier took back the bathroom key from another customer. My girlfriend politely asked she was going to "wash her hands" the worker said "no." My girlfriend then asked the cashier if she "could wash her hands" and explained why the bathroom key is dirty and also explained how many people were touching it that day and explained how they touch it after they use the bathroom. -You know stuff that you teach a 5-year-old-....instead of complying she went and got the manager. My girlfriend then explained to the manager what had happened. The manager did not seem to care and just took her order after being rude and annoyed. I had wanted to get a drink in this hot AZ heat to cool down on my way home from work. Decided to stop at BoSa Donuts because the advertisement for their boba drinks was eye catching. I never would’ve thought BoSa Donuts would have boba drinks if it weren’t for their advertisements. At the drive-thru I had asked the very kind person for a surprise me drink and to my surprise I was actually blown away. The lady who helped me had nice cute bangs and was very sweet.
