Went to this location for the special activity day they have for kids on Tuesdays but will never be back again. I was in a hurry when I got there and went up to the register and looked at the menu. I decided to order a large salad for $6.99. Let me tell you most disappointing salad I have ordered in a long time....it was very sad. Only had lettuce, cucumber and tomatoes....and this is what I get for my money? Then I was walking around and noticed they were setting up a little salad bar area. I saw my salad but noticed it had sunflower seeds as well but mine didn’t come with them so I asked an employee about it. She informed me that only the salad bar one comes with the seeds and not the menu one????? Then I noticed they were setting up an entire buffet so I decided to go up and see how much it was since I didn’t remember seeing it on the menu. Well I looked at the menu about 3 times and didn’t see anything about a buffet. So I asked an employee how much it cost and she informed me it was $6.49 so I asked her why it was not on the menu. She did the same thing I did and couldn’t find it at first but then she remembered it was actually listed in a different area that cannot see from the register. So I went and looked at it and finally found it, it actually said the buffet was $6.99. So I went up and asked if it would be ok if I got the buffet in place of just the salad since I didn’t see they had a buffet in the beginning. (I arrived at 10am and ordered right away so the buffet was not set up yet that is why I didn’t know about it plus I hardly ever come here) She said she would ask her manager so then he came over. I explained what happened and asked if it would be ok to just switch to the buffet this time. He informed me that I would not be able to do that unless I paid another $6.99!!!!!! I asked him even though the buffet comes with endless salad? He said since I had already started eating my salad he couldn’t do it! I was floored! What kind of manager is this? Obviously one who could care less about his customers. Treating customers that way should disqualify him from working in the food industry with customers because he has no clue how to work with customers and make them happy. I will never return to this place again....it left a very bad taste in my mouth and I will not give my money to people and companies who treat me this way. Stay away....stay very far away...
Read moreIt's a nice place to go for kid's birthday parties or to enjoy playing arcade games with family or friends. Other than that, altogether it winds up being a pricey experience for frozen pizzas that are served cold and stiff - you can depend on that. The buffalo wings are somewhat decent. It is more or less high-priced "Pizza-Hut-style" food (minus the salads). Special tokens are purchased to play arcade games which dispense paper tickets when the game is over that players accumulate, cash in, and then bring to a huge display counter adorned with big colorful prizes and toys for kids - most of which are almost impossible to win enough tickets for anyway (unless you keep going back to purchase a small fortune worth of play tokens to continue earning paper tickets). When does it end? So after the children get "hyped up" and excited playing the arcade games in anticipation of which toy they are going to win, the children are only let down to find that their hard-earned "winning tickets" only won them tiny individual candies and toys (like a single tootsie roll) that are worth pennies on the dollar. Disappointing. The school-aged staff in several of these locations put forth all the effort to appear miserable to be there and seem to be left running the place without capable managerial supervision. The miserable attitudes carry over to the prize display counter where the staff looks even less enthusiastic as they hand over low-grade "prizes" to customers. Parents/Caretakers - If you focus solely on the fun of being able to play arcade games with the kiddies then you may have a pleasant experience. Outside of that, prepare yourself for the possibility of feeling as if you just got hoaxed! To each his/her own...
Read moreLet me start by saying PPP has always been a guilty pleasure of mine and Friday night is always pizza night. That said, this location is really starting to test my loyalty. Over the past few visits the service has been slow, even to the point where employees will see me standing at the counter without acknowledging my presence with a friendly “hello we will be right with you”. I’ve also noticed the lack of gloves being used by the food handlers. But as a loyal patron I looked past it. Last night was the deal breaker. I ordered 2 pizzas on the app and delayed pickup due to being at a school function. I received the confirmation email confirming time and location. We were all set for 8 pm and my son (17 and works at another local pizza place), also a big PPP guy, volunteers to pick it up so we can eat at a decent time. He gets there a few minutes early and waits. Then after a few rounds of what’s the name on the order and what did you order the manger gives him an option of “ “full refund and no order” or “wait and we will start the order”. No discount, no apology, no empathy. 45 minutes past our set time we get our order (at full price). Not only is this an unacceptable way to treat a customer, but an under age one at that. I hope ownership sees this and starts to course correct before tarnishing the brand itself. I understand how hard it is just to find employees that show up, but the golden rule is always the golden rule. Looks like I’ll be driving a little further for pizza night because this...
