Updating review.

We have been coming here weekly for trivia for over 3 years. Had the pleasure of a chat with Trevor, who is apparently the owner's son, and someone who really shouldn't be allowed to interface with customers. He was completely disinterested in anything we had to say.

We called prior to arriving to reserve a table in Ethan's section (who we have had most of the time), and we told by the person who answered the phone that we didn't need to reserve because he had 9 open tables. We even verified that we would be there in 20 minutes. Upon arriving, Trevor informed us that he only had outside tables available. We asked if there was going to be anything opening up in his section before trivia started, to which he said we can sit elsewhere. We let him know that we prefer Ethan because we have had hit or miss service with other servers recently. Instead of asking about the poor experiences, or offering a server that he could say is great, he just said, "Thanks for the kind words". He then proceeded to let us know we can try someone else, or sit outside. We decided for option 3 and left.

We will find another place to visit weekly for trivia. We will miss Ethan and Sammi doing trivia, but Trevor was completely rude, unprofessional, and gave a serious vibe of entitlement. The last person you want interfacing with customers.

Hopefully this situation can be rectified before he chases off too many regulars. It is sad that one person can be so toxic, and ruin...

Oh man, the food here is excellent. Got a coupon online to this place accidentally. I was actually thinking it was another place hubby and I wanted to try. Never has an error turned out so well! Our wait person (Oscar) was fabulous, with a great personality. Hubby ordered the Chipotle Chicken Tacos. I had a hard time selecting because everything on the menu looked so good. I finally settled for the Grilled Cheese...Burger on Sourdough Bread (our waiter’s favorite). It’s exactly the way I like it! Grilled cheese with a burger, nothing else, but I asked to add pickles. It was so hot and fresh when it came out, I almost burned the roof of my mouth. The waffle fries, dipped in ranch, were perfection! I had to order the Chicken Penne Alfredo to go, because I love pasta. I had to try it before leaving the restaurant. Can’t wait to have some for dinner. We will definitely be going back because I forgot to order the Pretzel appetizers to try, and I want to try their fried...
