DO NOT TAKE YOUR PC HERE!!!! Beware! My son found this store online and due to reviews we gave him a try. He spoke to the gentleman who stated that he could do optimization to make it faster. It was a 24 hour turn around. My son picked it up eveything seemed to be fine as we tested it in the store. We secured it in the car in its original packaging and drove it home. When he plugged it up. He got the recovery message. We have done factory reset and all. But get an error saying a file is corrupted. So he did the command prompt and codes to run the scans manually and even with scans complete and factory reset. Still the same error.

I immediately told him to call the gentleman. He called and the man said it worked in the store! He would charge him to fix the issue. His 3,000 gaming PC is no longer working. What a RIP OFF!

If you decided to go him record every interaction while there. Record walking the pc in your house, record how you secure it, and record when you start it up and turn it on. He Literally accused my son of doing something wrong. I am in finance IT professional by trade and my son is pretty computer savvy.

We are looking at small claims court to resolve the issue. PLEASE RECORD IT ALL FOR YOUR PROTECTION. HE DOES NOT STAND...

Not sure how much I actually want to share this hidden gem of mine as I don’t want this place to get swamped and for all the great product to get disappear but I discovered Smashboxx as a great place to find some great sealed Pokemon cards… especially things not widely available at other card stores.

The prices are fair market (probably at TCGplayer market and low listing price) so you know you’re not overpaying on some of the even crazier prices right I’ve see out there. Example, I was quoted $900 for a Lost Origin booster box at a card show on 9/6/25 and stopped by afterwards and was quoted the more correct price from TCGplayer.

Save on shipping and bring home product same day. They have visible cases from distribution so you know that the product is legit which is something I always worry about at shows.
