I don’t think I ever did a review on here I did on there Facebook. So this was on December 27 I had called I wasn’t completely sure on what I wanted but I had an idea and I wanted a tattoo to start the new year off right. I call and speak to Ian he was nice on the phone telling me to just come in and they’d get a better understanding of all that I wanted. I get there and he gives me some ideas and says he’s booked but maybe randy can do it. I didn’t know who randy was at the time. He said he’d have time for one or two. I come in the next day December 28 and randy just asks me what I want and I was completely sure so he said he’d come up with something for the words I wanted on my chest. “Through every dark night there is a brighter day.” I waited a while lol but I had no problem because it was worth it. Randy did an outstanding!! Job. It hurt like hell but the pain was worth it. I plan on getting another one soon. Thank you randy and all of your team for making my second tattoo experience even better. I highly recommend this place if you need an awesome tattoo. I’m born and raised in Mesa, and have been collecting tattoos since my 18th birthday 10 years ago. I’ve been to many studios and met tons of great artists, but I have to say this is a pretty premium tattoo experience. You walk in to an incredibly pristine location- nice cool location, clean and welcoming. Plenty of seating and a ton of art cycles through on a flat screen tv. There seems to be a ton of space for everything they could possibly need. They even have a big reception desk. Everytime I’ve called, Randy is the one who has answered and is always prompt and happy to help. Great people skills, fantastic customer service which unfortunately is rare in this side of town. A great selection of experienced and mature artists. Nice smooth process setting up a consultation with your artist, and they offer gift certificates as well. My artist was Mike Hawkins and he was a personable, experienced and pleasant guy to work with. Kim was there and offered great conversation as did Jared. If I could do it, i’d get inked here once a month for as long as I have space on my body to do...

There are a lot of tattoo shops in the valley but I’ll never go anywhere but The Tattoo Lounge. I had a horrible looking tattoo covered up by Anthony that I can actually stomach to look at now. He is a super cool artist and has a steady hand. I plan to have any future work done by him as you can tell he is passionate about what he does for a living. They also run a clean and professional shop. They work with you on a design if you have an idea of what you want but don’t already have a complete design in mind which is the difference between a real artist and someone who just copy and pastes someone else’s work like a lot of “artists” at other shops tend to do. They are thorough the entire process and even with the aftercare instructions. I’m glad I found this shop and chose this one over the other shops that I had reached out to because the overall experience has hands down been a 10/10. Highly recommend if you’re looking...
