As a customer, I placed an order on a replacement device. I was out of town in Idaho, the store on Gilbert and Val vista receive the replacement device. I walked in today to encounter a young boy that tried to give me an education on devices rather than customer support. He began to call his supervisor to say that my phone couldn't be replaced as he mitigated the other store that ordered me the device. And as I asked to talk to customer support, he said their foreigners and couldn't do anything for me. I believe that. As a supervisor made an opinion to not see by device.And this young child in position determining whether it could be done or not, was very unprofessional.I just want to let you know that I like t mobile as tonight tey sent the device to my house, and this was mitigated. As he told me, there was a line in the screen.And they wouldn't replace it to try to figure it out with samsung and pay the two hundred dollars.He's completely wrong and t mobile told me that he's completely wrong as well shame on him. Read moreThis T-mobile location was a great experience for us. We switched our entire family over from Verizon, because Verizon's customer service was horrible.
My only concern to switching to T-mobile was the lack of network coverage that I heard about. I can tell you first hand this is not true!
I originally switched my Verizon LG Velvet phone over and it had horrible network coverage in both Scottsdale and San Tan.
Joe was a lifesaver on fixing this issue. He explained the reason for lack of network was my LG was only a 4G phone and showed me this in the settings (even though the back of the phone said 5G).
Joe was able to give me a GREAT deal by hooking me up with a free Samsung 5G Galaxy 22 under their special promotion.
I do rideshare, and once I started using my new Samsung Galaxy 22, my network coverage was even better than Verizon!
As an added bonus, T-mobile prices and customer service are far greater than Verizon's!
We were able to ditch both Verizon mobile, and Cox home internet. By switching to T-mobile we saved $250/mo in overall mobile/home internet costs!!!

Read moreI can't yet speak for T-Mobile cell reception but the stores have all had good, friendly service and THIS store has Sean. He's truly a gem, as is his friends who work there. Sean really went all out to help me get functional on a new Android Revvl even though I bought it at Walmart. I'd been flailing miserable trying to switch from my iPhone & hadn't even ported over my # from Verizon yet which Sean did after hours of backing up to icloud my data & advising me on apps & functionality with Android as I've never had one & not even sure I'm gonna keep it. Eventually I wiped the iPhone to return to Apple where I'd recently bought it & needed a box for FedEx so Sean received some new phone there to provide me with all the packaging I needed & even taped it up & Googled a FedEx store to send me to! At no time did anyone working here act more interested in commission off customers coming & going. They all were more than capable of SERVICE here, a rare commodity in this day & age.
