Food was mediocre, I love Port of subs don’t get me wrong but there were a lot that was wrong. I asked for double meat, it was the normal amount that I would get everywhere else. The meat and cheese was sliced on the wrong setting so it was super thin. Then how it was prepared, the one guy who was slicing the meat and cheese had put our bread on the stainless counter. No paper underneath or anything. Then the other guy not sure of his name but he was white and younger. He knew what he was doing, he put the sandwiches on the papers and all the proper proceedutes that are required with the Safe serve certification. Then as we were eating we noticed that the other worker was on his phone then he actually answered his personal phone and was just standing there. I’m not sure who the manager or leader was but the white guy seemed to be knowledgeable and understanding of how things are to be done and the other guy did not care. Not sure if I’d return to this location again. A female friend of mine who was with me went to use the bathroom and she said that the toilet was disgusting. I did not check as I’m not a woman but I’ll take her word for it. I also checked the men’s and the base of the toilet was yellow meaning it has urine on it and it’s caked on there. Horrible customer service. Woman had a nasty attitude and was rude and clearly does not know what their menu says. I stated I wanted everything on my sandwhich when it came to the condiments and vegetables. The posted menu shows all that is included on that and she proceeded to tell me its not that hard for you to pick what you want from here. Once again i stated well i want what the menu shows and than started reading each individual item. She than said ugh so ill just make it how we normally do. That is what I asked for from the get go so i have no clue why she had an attitude and was being rude. The woman at the register also had an attiude. I can not believe after reading the reviews and seeing responses from the buisness customer service is still an issue here. There were also no lids for the medium drinks so my husband asked for a lid and it didn't fit. The bathroom trash is over filled and soap was practically empty. When I went back inside from eating outside to go to the bathroom they were all loud and laughing with their conversations so they clearly weren't busy. I have no clue why the bathroom was not cleaned and stocked properly if they weren't busy. This is our first time here and...
