Edit: update 08/09/2024. came through the drive thru and ordered my "usual", most of the staff knows me in passing, a few times i have had to drive back after getting home to realize they got my order wrong. I drove back and went back and immediately was told, "I remember you, you ordered the delux." to which i responded, "No, I didnt. I would never say that.. I always get the same thing." :| I felt that was very rude, I just wanted to get my normal order and the money that I overpaid for the /delux/. She also was talking rudely under her breath about the situation. very unprofessional. it doesnt make me feel comfortable at your location anymore, which is my closest location. :[
This is my usual Del Taco location, I have roommates, and we frequent the drive-through at least once a week. Normally, it's a 5 stars for me. However, tonight, whomever was on the drive-through mic, had a very fake and uncomfortable sounding southern feminine "accent," and called me "Sugar plum" before asking me to pull forward .. THANKFULLY WHOEVER was talking ended up not being who was at the window. Im sorry, but it made me feel very uncomfortable being talked to like that. I know they didn't mean harm, but it just wasn't comfortable having a stranger speak to me like that. I have never dealt with them before so Idk if they are new but it made me uncomfortable. Normally love this location.
why is thereba tip cup?? :/ and sad you raised your prices again. wont...
Read moreI understand why company’s are replacing fast food employees with robots. If you don’t enjoy a customer service based job and you have an attitude towards providing customer service you should really rethink your career path.
Placed my order and when going to pay the employee said he had a computer problem and it needed to reset. He unplugged it and plugged it back in. After almost 15 minutes of me sitting in the drive through with my car turned off I asked for an update. He said it was stuck and wouldn’t boot back on. He asked the chef to stop cooking our food because we wouldn’t be able to pay with a card and I did not have cash on me. We had ordered less than 15$ worth of food and to eventually be turned away because he couldn’t accept payment is a bit much. There was also people behind us “who had cash” that we were holding up without being informed. Wasn’t offered any type of real customer service, guy didn’t ask if we wanted a water or anything while we waited for things to get fixed. Just eventually gave up after the 20m or so and drove away after the manager insisted I go to the bank and...
Read moreMe and Del Taco go way back. I was kicked out of a hospital, walking down the streets late at night and no one would accept my money. Even Wendies called me an idiot for trying to walk through the drive through. Anyways, my last hope in sight was a Del Taco. So I walked in with a loss of hope but to my suprise, they smiled and welcomed me in. Maybe because this was in Utah.. Anyways, I went there the other day on my way to work. I forgot a water bottle and didn't eat lunch so I thought hey, Del Taco is a nice place. I ordered a breakfast burrito and it was amazing for it's price, but the water was a different story... You see, you can tell how much appreciation a company has for you depending on the water they give you. Since it's free, they have many choices to make. Although the water didn't taste like toilet water, they gave me the smallest cup I think I've ever laid my eyes on. Although the food is good, my heart is broken as I feel like this particul Del Taco doesn't love me as much as...
