The best milk shake you will ever have! You're probably wondering why I've given 3 stars. One evening I noticed a younger girl working alone in the late hours around their closing time. I worked for the chiropractor across the way and could see through their windows. I was hanging out around the office later than usual. There was a creepy looking man inside. The younger girl looked uncomfortable. I went inside and ordered something. I just told her I was there to pick her up after she was off and pretended like I knew her. The man didn't talk much when I went in. He eventually left. She mentioned the camera's weren't working, and she closed the store alone. She mentioned the man would go in and talk to her in ways that made my blood boil. She was 17, and said she didn't want anyone to get upset or think she was being overly dramatic. She no longer works there. My concern is that you might have staff working alone in the late night hours. I hope the camera's work, and that there are always two staff members on site at all times now. The safety of staff male or female is important...especially if they are highschoolers. Besides that your workers are always friendly, and the ice cream and milk shakes always a treat!! I am kind of an ice cream foodie. I love trying everything i can get my hands on. Been to all the famous/popular places around the valley. This is arguably one of the best ice cream shops/parlors in the state and one of my personal favorites. I think their cookies and cream is one of the best I've had anywhere. Very good in a shake. My family and I have been coming here for years. However, sad to say, I have noticed it going down hill over the past year or so. Small things like their sign broke a long time ago and they have left it unfixed. The lights are burnt out in the store and not replaced. They used to serve home made whip cream on their shakes and they don't offer that any more. We used to go in on Saturday night and there was a line, now it's a ghost town. Store location is in a terrible spot so I'm sure that has something to do with it but I hope people don't stop coming. The ice cream is really quite good and reasonably priced. The cookies and cream was terrible it taste like beef fajita mixed with habenero pumpkin spice topped of with mashed potatoes ..My wife had strawberry sorbet she keep pulling little pieces of paper out of her ice cream. She asked me is this normal? So she scooped the top half of her sorbet off. She took another bite and surprise another little piece of paper. We asked the clerk if it’s normal for paper to be in the ice cream. His response “ the ice cream is covered with wax paper so the person who took it off last night didn't’ make sure it was all taken off.” And went on about his business.
