This store is always hit or miss, especially when ordering online, 4 stars because they are usually just as good as any other Taco Bell but the store needs better night managers.
Recently ordered online and over estimated the time it would take to run a couple of errands and showed up 15 minutes early. Thankfully the app has an "I am here" option so they can start making the order and I checked in with the the CSR when I arrive who printed out the order/receipt for the kitchen crew. Somehow the order still wasn't ready until almost 8:40pm which is even late for the original pickup time of 8:30pm. When I asked about why it took over 20 minutes to make 6 normal menu items they were very flippent and had an attitude as to why I even asked why it took so long, which also surprise the cashier kept who asking about it.
I already knew why it took so long because during the wait I sat and watched one of the slowest crews I have ever seen sleepwalk through orders. They even had 3 different customers walk back in that went through the drive thru because their orders were missing food. I didn't see 1 manager around and if there was they definitely weren't watching orders for efficiency and accuracy.
Have ordered via the app several times during the day and never had an issue even when arriving early; they definitely need adult supervision...

She apologized and took my order. Get to the window to pay and the supposedly manager came up and told me not to say I've been waiting for 20 minutes cause that's not true I let him know that it was true and asked him is he really gonna tell me I haven't waited a long time when I know I have like what the heck. Then told me I needed to calm down when I was perfectly calm and he kept antagonizing me. I told him that he can not speak to customers like that and that the way he's acting and speaking is disrespectful and could even get you fired especially in as high of a position as he was as the manager. He then told me he will never get fired cause he's been working there a long time so just go ahead and complain all you want he said. Then got home and to top it all off our order was incorrect and cold. What a waste of time and money. I won't be coming back and it sucks because this is the closet taco Bell to my house. I strongly adive you all to stay away from here so you don't have a bad experience like me. Wish I could give less...

However, go at night time or order online? An absolute disaster and a utter joke. Seems like every. single. time. I have to place a night order, the food comes not only way past the due time because they take forever to prep it, but it comes cold, and not fully cooked. Tonight we ordered at 10:00 , said 20-30 min. It took them over an hour to even have ONE Mexican pizza and a bag of chips made. Tried to cancel the order and they said it had already begun prepping. Suddenly after that the confirmation comes through that itās ready. My favorite part about this order tonight? The cheese on top of the Mexican pizza wasnāt even melted!
The inconsistency between the day shift and the night shift is a complete disaster and a joke. Iād understand this time frame for a large order but this? Completely ridiculous for the wages you guys plead tax payers...
