Tried to do a pickup order online. One full hour trying to get the computer to take my money and check out, another half hour on the phone with tech folks to help who couldn't fix it. I was told to wait two hours so better techs could fix it, waited 2.5 hours, restarted my computer: no change. Tried a second computer and my phone. No change.
